As the Digital Sales Director, you will be managing and selling The Christian Post Display, Video & Mobile Sales and be responsible for building a pipeline, developing RFP pipeline, driving revenue and securing market leading advertiser digital dollars for The Christian Post. Digital Sales Director will establish and foster digital relationships across media, marketing, and analytics stakeholders to ensure strong ties at multiple levels, including higher level relationships for ongoing budget allocation expansion and to identify upsell opportunities.
As an integral part of the Sales team, this role will be responsible for educating advertisers and agencies about the value of The Christian Post advertising products and services and making recommendations how they can best be leveraged to achieve specific client goals and objectives.

The Online Ad Trafficker is responsible for all aspects of ad campaign fulfillment: ad testing and implementation, campaign set up, and delivery monitoring & optimization. S/he works with Customer Success Manager and Ad Operation team supporting designated advertising categories and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy & fulfillment of display, mobile and video campaigns in his/her area.
You must be a detailed oriented, self-motivated individual able to work effectively within a team environment.? Ability to manage significant volumes of digital campaign details such as launch dates, delivery issues and creative specifications required. Ad Ops interfaces daily with Sales, both Direct and Programmatic, Customer Success team and therefore must have excellent communication skills as well as experience with technical details.

While cultivating The Christian Post Programmatic offerings, you will also be establishing and growing relationships with trading desk partners, agency partners and real-time-bidding partners. The role requires an individual who excels at fostering relationship growth and is ready for frequent in-person meetings, entertainment and presentations. In this position you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue.
