I genuinely empathize with the victims of the Boston bombing. But imagine if this happened again next week, at a pizzeria, killing 15 diners. And again, a week later, on a bus, killing 19 passengers.

  • 10 Reasons Why Youth Leaders Should Get in Shape

By Greg Stier on April 26,2013
    Greg Stier

In my late teens and early twenties I was in pretty good shape. By the time I was 23 years of age I had been roofing for eight years and did a lot of the "grunt" work of carrying shingles up ladders and tearing off old roofs. • Can Christians in Clear Conscience Criticize the Commander-in-Chief?

By Scott Hyland on April 26,2013

Hardly a week goes by without some new controversy surrounding the President and his practice of leapfrogging Congress with executive orders. Having many friends serving in various ministries, I am frequently involved in discussions over whether or not Christians are justified in criticizing our leaders. A division exists within the church over how Christians should respond to leaders who consistently establish policies that are inconsistent with biblical principles.

  • The Impossibility of Loving Jesus Before Conversion

By Dan Delzell on April 25,2013
    Dan Delzell

No one loves Jesus before he gets converted. No one. That's because only the Holy Spirit dwelling on the inside of you can give you a love for Jesus Christ. It is impossible to have that love without the work of the Spirit. Period.
