I wonder what was going through the mind of Jefferson Bethke the night he posted the now wildly viral video Why I Hate Religion, but Love Jesus. Rumor has it that he made a bet with his roommates as to how many views it would have the next morning.

Joe Paterno has died. Our condolences go out to his family. Many do not know how to respond to his legacy and ask, "Will one mistake define him?"

What then are the common characteristics of leaders who fail? They fail to dream.

Blogs, twitter and facebook CAN be incredibly discouraging for pastors and church leaders as they monitor what is happening in other churches.
