Has someone ever broken a promise to you? You were really counting on someone and he let you down. Maybe you have wondered who you can really depend on.
The Bible says that there is someone who will never let you down, who will never break His promises to you-that is God! God will always be faithful to His Word and to every promise He has made in it. Since God is perfect, He cannot fail you even one time! The Bible says, "Know therefore that the LORD your God is God; he is the faithful God . . ." (Deuteronomy 7:9). That truth should give you peace and confidence as you live each day.
What if you are unfaithful to God? What if you let Him down? Will He still be faithful to you? Will He let you down? The amazing thing about God is that even though we are unfaithful to Him, He will be continually faithful to us. When things are not going as you would like and you have problems that seem out of control, you can be confident that God will never let you down. Thank Him for standing with you and being faithful each day.
