Exactly how is Emergency Contraception defined in this context???

Someone needs a proper definition of "emergency." Let's stop treating sex like a force of nature and call it what it is... A Choice.

In this day and age of condoms (with or without spermicidal cremes), and other barrier type devices, birth control pills, and even re-introduction of of contraceptive devices such as IUDs, there aren't many excuses for abortions. It is generally a form of birth control for people who refuse to take responsibility for their actions. Supporters of abortion may label themselves as pro-choice, but the truth is they avoiding responsibility.
