I don't wanna hear McCain talk about his faith for the sake of his campaign. I don't want him to talk about his faith so he can appeal to me, like Obama and Clinton are doing. As far as I'm concerned. McCain shows his faith more than Obama ans Clinton do because of where he chooses to stand on certain issues. Obama and Clinton are people pleasers. I don't want a people pleaser in office.
The source for this article did not even want to be indentified.
It makes it easy for McCain to support or deny what is said here.

You are right. I have been a very strong supporter of McCain to this point. But for him to bully his way into the White House based heavily on a POW record needs some thought.
it is a shame how Christian groups completely BLAST the democrats, and yet Mccain gets off easy. Yesterday at my school, all I heard was talk about beer and jokes and iraq... but no real moral questions Whats the pressure a
If we are looking for the perfect person to be the PRESIDENT come November 2008, we are going to be disappointed in that none of OBAMA, CLINTON or McCAIN is perfect bcos they all have their short comings. The so called 'christian judges' have their own defects. Only GOd is perfect. I think what we should do now is to commit all the candidates to the hand of God and let God help to direct and dictate our votings to be able to have the best of the candidates as PRESIDENT come November 2008. God bless AMERICA.
When any politician suddenly pull a trick of religious fever at the eve of an election, whosoever
he or she may be, we must be careful. Let us go back to the past of a politician and see;
how that person was genuine in real life with his relationship with Jesus Christ. Anybody
can act as religious to bluff the public because politicians are good actors in real life, else
they can't be politicians.
Does this mean that he won't be using his POW status for "political gain" as well? Don't most Americans want to know who they are voting for? Isn't the things that one believes what makes them who they are?
Quit trying to ride the fence McCain, otherwise you'll become like various kings in the OT that tried straddling the fence only to receive God's righteous judgment. Choose this day who you will serve!
Many people participate in "God talk" but does that mean they have a personal relationship with the Lord God?
I do not presume to say that neither Hilary or Obama do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
I pray for all leaders, as the Word of God tells us to do; and as a Child of God I pray that they do indeed have that relationship with Jesus.
That is the most important thing for any of us; religion doesn't save anyone. Going to church, tithing and "doing for God" is not what God is looking for; HE wants a personal relationship with each one of us.
Jesus died to reconcile the world back to God; and that has been accomplished; as HE stated; it is finished!
The only thing left is for man to believe and accept what Jesus has done and to come to an understanding of what it means to walk in The Light as HE is in the Light!
Obama, Clinton, John McCain, are not any Savior, only JESUS CHRIST!
God alone knows who will be President, as it is God who places us in our positions and my prayer is that God will give this nation a man after His own heart.
For His Glory! Amen
It's amazing to me that some people are nieve enough to think that a forum held by a religious group, is going to get anything else but what the candidates think they WANT to hear.
Everytime I hear Obama or Clinton claiming to be of the Christian faith, I have to laugh out loud, because they are in direct opposition to Scripture on SO many basic issues. As far as I am concerned, actions speak louder than words...and far too many of their policies don't match up with their "faith" claims.
I think it was very wise not to attend that forum and agree with Mr. McCain...I wouldn't attend that "side-show" either because that's exactly what it was....a big show!
Those two especially, will say exactly what they think will get them more votes...like a typical politicians.
