Millions of Christians across the world are uniting in prayer Sunday to mark the fourth annual Global Day of Prayer and to commemorate the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the apostles and the other followers of Christ as described in the Book of Acts.

The whole world is in a threshold of something very mysterious happening around the world.
Natural calamities and bloodshed on the one hand, poverty and confusion
on the other hand. Whether it is rich or poor, brave or weak, all human beings are under
distress. Without a united and fervent prayer of God's children of all denomination from all
nationalities, nobody can avert the critical challenge we are faced with. I pray that that
God may send a revival to this earth, starting from every corner of the globe and let it turn
like an inferno; and let it start before the end of this year.
