Frayed relations between Pakistan and the United States following the Navy SEALs raid on Osama bin Laden in Abbottabad on May 2 are likely to collapse after a special joint “in-camera” session of Pakistan’s parliament on Friday unanimously passed a resolution condemning the U.S.’ unilateral action in Abbottabad in violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty, and called for revisiting and reviewing Pakistan’s terms of engagement with the U.S.

Taliban Militants Bomb Muslim Shrine in Pakistan, Kill 42
Taliban militants carried out a double suicide bombing outside the shrine in Pakistan’s Punjab province, killing 42 people and injuring more than 70 on Sunday. A Taliban spokesman, the same person who claimed responsibility for the killing of Pakistan's Christian Minister for Minorities Shahbaz Bhatti, said his men are responsible for the suicide attacks.
