Missions: Putting Your Whole Heart In...Taking Christianity Into the World
As Believers we are called to practice excellence in all that we do from the most menial task to the most challenging. Also the Bible exhorts us to do our very best as we are told, "he who can be trusted with little, can be trusted with much." When I do life, I strive to be present in all conversations and to let God lead my words rather than those of my own, being sure to be God like in the moment and serving Him at all times and phases of my work, school, social and home time. Recently, as a result of our mission work we were asked to be the God parents of one the children we serve. I share this not to draw any attention to ourselves, as all of the glory is to God, but to encourage you to higher heights still, seeking to serve God with all your heart, all of your might, and all of your mind. Godspeed!
I was wondering if we can ask you something, you two have done a lot for my daughter. Before she couldn't not do much at her age but you made a lot of difference in her life, she keeps in contact with you both and thanks for paying for her tickets to fly over there.
We were wondering if you both can become her God parents or maternal parents because she is looking forward going over there and spending time with you all.
Let me know because as parents we worry about our kids even when they walk out the door and we think she is going to a nice place with her other family. Like I said, my family here has a nice and warming family in the east that care, I think this is where the Lord put us together. Again thanks for all the things you do for us, take care God Bless from friends and family in New Mexico.
