When Keone and Mariel Madrid toddle onto the dance floor in this video, you don't know quite what to expect. The brilliance of Mariel's snow white hair is as unmissable as the height to which Keone's black shorts are pulled up. They can barely stand up straight in their seemingly old age.
And then drums roll into the organ intro of "Is This Love" by Bob Marley and a switch flips. The couple starts a routine so fluid and precise that you get the feeling that maybe they aren't so old after all. And indeed, they're not.
Keone and Mariel Madrid are world-class dancers and choreographers in their 20s, and this performance is from Urban Dance Camp, an annual international dance workshop.
