Ah, all right...so if I kill someone but am very religious, I'll go to Heaven, right? That's how it works, according to your standards. And no, I did not say that a spiritual life is boring. It is in fact very interesting, as I feel I live one myself. The spiritual are not afraid of the end; only the religious are.

KoRn is a horrible band. Their music is pathetic.
"All about me"? I'll tell you a good "All about me" example. "How can I keep MYSELF out of Hell?" "I need to serve God so He will save ME!" "I can't do that because it will cause ME to go to Hell." Stop worrying about yourselves and think about how you can help other people. Otherwise you're proving your belief in "Jesus helps those who help themselves." That's not how it works...is it?
Is it wrong to put a little imagination into the world these days? Or are we supposed to just sit with our heads bowed in prayer day and night until we drop dead in the hope of gaining salvation? I played "Harry Potter" with my friends when I was a kid, but I knew I wasn't really doing magic, nor did I feel like bowing down and spontaneously worshipping the Devil after I put one of the HP books down. Stop focusing on stupid little nitpicks and focus on the world around you. People are dying. People are hurting. All over the world, there is misery and death and war. Fix that before you whine about subliminal messages in children's books.
On our own we are little more than bits of stone and glass. Together we are the Body of Christ. Holy Bible: Mosaic is an invitation to experience Christ in His Word and in the responses of his people. Each week, as you reflect on guided Scripture readings aligned with the church seasons, you will receive a wealth of insight from historical and contemporary writings.
