That's it. Enough is enough. I don't deserve the bashing I've gotten here. I'm being accused of wrong that I'm not even doing.
I've complained against you guys who've bashed me and who've twisted Scripture. You only want to please your pathetic selves and not please God.
It's not the homosexuals that us Christians hate, it's your "pity me, I'm gay and everybody hates me" attitude that stinks out loud. The attempting to brainwash kids that stinks.
Trying to pursuade us to believe homosexuality is alright. It's not. I've known homosexuals who'd be sickened by the stuff you guys have said here. Enough is enough. I wouldn't like you guys even if you weren't homosexual.

Okay now I'm being accused of being a liar. I am not. Anyone who isn't a follower of Jesus goes to hell. Gay or Hindu or - anyone.
I do have 2 friends who are gay. Just because I disagree with the lifestyle according to the Bible doesn't mean I hate people who are gay. It's a sin just like stealing or sex before marriage or - whatever.
Where's a moderator on this site? This bashing us Christians on a Christian site needs to end.

HMan needs to be taken off not because he is a homosexual but because he is imitating Satan.

Flagged as inappropriate. show I think we should share the Gospel. Give them tracks, tell everyone, homosexuals, cults, everyone about Jesus. There is a ministry out there for homosexuals who want to become straight - it is possible to. Focus on the Family has mentioned them - I forget the name offhand but I'm sure it can be easily found on google or even on here. Online4Him - yep I got it. Thank you. And this inappropriate flagging is ridiculous. :p hide

Homosexual Man, again I have nothing to apologize for. You are only condescending yourself here. You share a verse about homosexuality and deny that it's a command from the Lord. And yet say that we are commanded to murder masses of people, accusing me of believing it's okay to murder people for being gay. I have said on here I have 2 friends who are gay. They are my friends and I love them. I disagree with their lifestyles but they are my friends. I'd never murder them.
I have done nothing wrong.

Nope. I have nothing to apologize for.

Murdering a person is murder. Gay or not. Um, Bible verses, Homosexual Man? Like I asked? Prove what you say.
Agree: 2
Disagree: 3
No, it's just that you don't have any proof of what you say. You can't give any Bible verses. Now that was predictable.

I don't remember anywhere it says that God tells us to mass murder or where it says Jesus defied the law.
Show me some of them. Don't say there are "many." Prove it.

Show me the verses you're talking about.

Following the law is not sin. So show me a verse where it says Jesus defied the law.
Agree: 3

Homosexual Man, are you saying God is evil? The law makes us aware of our sin. And you admit the Old Testament says it's wrong for a man to have sex with another man.

Show me a verse where it says Jesus sinned. Jesus couldn't have died on the cross for our sins if he himself had sinned. He chose not to. He took our place on that cross. You and I were supposed to be there. He went there in our place.

The Bible is God's Word, not just a guidebook. You don't just take what you want and throw out the rest.
I'm not justifying the thing I'm struggling with. I'm not trying to get it in the schools to get little kids to agree and tolerate this. I'm trying to get help for it.
If God intended for men to be with men sexually, He would've made Adam and Steve. But He made Adam and Eve.

Homosexual Man: As well as we can tell from the Bible, it looks like Jesus may have been gay
Absolutely not true. The Bible is clear that homosexuality is a sin. And Jesus never sinned.
Romans 1:26-27 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relati8ons for unnatural ones. In the same way, the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.
It's very clear homosexuality is a sin. Would I hate someone for being homosexual? No. But I'd be upset if they tried to convince me or my children that their lifestyle is acceptable to God. That goes against the Bible and it's wrong.

I'm just a little bit skeptical. Are they saying that homosexuality is okay? Or are they saying "God loves you." The first sin was eating forbidden fruit - an act of disobedience - but seemingly nothing compared to what came after - murder, etc. etc. All sin is wrong, not just homosexuality, not just stealing.. We shouldn't bash someone because they're gay or because they've stolen something..anyone and church people have bashed me for the thing I struggle with. I am a born again Christian, just struggling with something I won't say here.
I have 2 friends from high school who are gay. I have never told them I agree with their lifestyles but tried to share about the love of Jesus. If they were to ask me, I'd tell them (nicely) I disagree with their lifestyles, but that doesn't take away from the fact I still love them and want so much for them to follow Jesus.
Why do Christians point out certain sins but don't see what's wrong in their own lives to begin with?
I hope I'm making sense here.
