It is my opinion that if anything happens to Miss Bary as a result of this obvious political move by the judges, the judges themselves should be charged and prosecuted with whatever crime is commuted against Miss Bary. Being a judge does not allow you to wash your hands of guilt.

Flagged as inappropriate. show Here's the issue. I am a pro-life, politically conservative, evangelical, charismatic Christian. Should I be allowed to serve on the board of Planned Parenthood, knowing that I will not back down or compromise in my beliefs? Of course, Planned Parenthood would never allow that. It would be counter productive to their goals. The same is true of Christian groups. It's not a matter or "discrimination" or "bigotry", it's just good business sense. Would the Sierra Club allow an openly avid hunter on it's board? Would a gay/lesbian organization allow a Prop 8 supporter to serve in it's organization? Before we start crying "discrimination" and "bigotry" let's actually look at reality. hide

It's sad to think that the courts may force her to return. If an "honor killing" then takes place, how many apologies will the court need to say to make up for this young girls death? For pities sake, she will be 18 in a few months. Let her live where she wants to live.

I have to say that klm68 has a very familiar opinion. It is very much like that of Margaret Sanger and Adolph Hitler. The answer is not to kill the poor children before they are born; the answer is to be a Christian and use the blessing God has given you to help those who are in need.

Flagged as inappropriate. show The article states that the Bible doesn't support homosexual behavior. Actually, the Bible condemns homosexual behavior. By saying that those who practice these behaviors will not inherit the kingdom of God. Since Jesus promised that all who are born-again will inherit eternal life, it seems to me that a person who continues to practice these behaviors are not Christian. I can not see in a persons heart, but their fruit shows that we must pray that they accept Jesus as their savior and that the Holy Spirit will convict them of their sin and effect a change in their lives. Don't you know that wicked people won't inherit the kingdom of God? Stop deceiving yourselves! People who continue to commit sexual sins, who worship false gods, those who commit adultery, homosexuals, or thieves, those who are greedy or drunk, who use abusive language, or who rob people will not inherit the kingdom of God. I would love to see abortion and Roe vs. Wade made illegal. The "personhood" movement is a good start toward that goal. Yes, there are many questions and many people will try to abuse the law, but this could be a step in the right direction.

These people are protected from violent crimes, just like any other American. It is a crime to attack anyone. There is no need for congress or the President to pull out special groups based on anything since it is already to harm these people.
Killing is NEVER right. Whether it's killing babies (born or unborn) or abortionists. I am against abortion because I'm against murder. I view abortion as murder and I view killing abortionists as murder. The bill in question is meaningless since murder is already illegal. Congress should not need to have to pass a bill condemning murder.
