PG&E is a privately owned company. It is a subsidiary of PG&E Corporaion, publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange. It is not spending anyone else's money; it is spending its own money. When you buy groceries, does the money you give Safeway remain your money? No. When you buy gas or electricity, you are buying a commodity. The money then belongs to the company. The $250,000 does not increase the rates you charge; it comes out of shareholder profits. PG&E has every right to chose how to spend its money, and the right to chose to spend its money to protect the constitutional rights of its employees.

Holy Bible: Mosaic
Tyndale House Publishers

On our own we are little more than bits of stone and glass. Together we are the Body of Christ. Holy Bible: Mosaic is an invitation to experience Christ in His Word and in the responses of his people. Each week, as you reflect on guided Scripture readings aligned with the church seasons, you will receive a wealth of insight from historical and contemporary writings.
