  • Gay Couples Apply for Marriage Licenses in Nationwide Protest

Why these people want to get marriage licenses? They don not need those papers.
Suicide bombers don not licenses, so don nott school shooters either.
If robbers want to get licensees for doing their jobs, I think they have wrong thinking.
SIN is opposing the will of GOD; people do not need any license for doing SIN. Just enjoy it and pay later! Jesus promises to repay everyone for what he has done.

The Antichrist is coming up, do you remember that he doesn't like WOMEN?

Dan 11:37 He shall pay no attention to the gods of his fathers, or to the one beloved by WOMEN. He shall not pay attention to any other god, for he shall magnify himself above all.
Dan 11:38 He shall honor the god of fortresses instead of these. A god whom his fathers did not know he shall honor with gold and silver, with precious stones and costly gifts.

Church separation is always making me sad and also surely Jesus himself too as the Head of the Church. But how can we keep unity if leaders of local churches, to whom Jesus have given authorities to protect and care His people, did not want to keep His commandments anymore?
And how can we keep staying under a broken umbrella that can’t protect us from rains or sunlight anymore?
How can we stay in any local church, when the Word of God commands us to leave out saying “Come out of her, my people, lest you take part in her sins, lest you share in her plagues” (Rev. 18:4)?
Separation is sad but obedient to the Heavenly Commander is more important than anything.
Peace and blessing to whom that fear The LORD.

    Does Gov. A. Schwarzenegger have a calculator? Let see the income and the outcome will be for t California's economy;

Deu 29:22 And the next generation, your children who rise up after you, and the foreigner who comes from a far land, will say, when they see the afflictions of that land and the sicknesses with which the LORD has made it sick--
Deu 29:23 the whole land burned out with brimstone and salt, nothing sown and nothing growing, where no plant can sprout, an overthrow like that of SODOM and GOMORRAH Admah, and Zeboiim, which the LORD overthrew in his anger and wrath--
Deu 29:24 all the nations will say, 'Why has the LORD done thus to this land? What caused the heat of this great anger?'
Deu 29:25 Then people will say, 'It is because they abandoned the covenant of the LORD, the God of their fathers, ...

You can see clearly that the Gov is a movie actor not an economist!

  • Indonesia: Over 100 Churches Closed in 3 Years

"a total of 1,025 churches have been closed or destroyed in Indonesia since the island nation claimed its independence in 1945"
That's mean 570 more churches have been closed or destroyed since 1998!
1985-1994 (9 years period) 104 churches closed or destroyed
1995-1998 (3 years period) 275 churches closed or destroyed. http://www.fica.org/Laporan/ChurchPersecution/a21.html
    http://www.fica.org/hr/Banyuwangi.html (pictures)

"Christians make up only about 8.7 percent of the population, according to the CIA World Factbook." I don't know when this data has been taken or from where it's come from.
From Indonesian Christian sources, the Christians in Indonesia could be up to 25% of the population, and it is 30 % according Indonesia Christian Mission Organization! http://indonesianchristianmission.org/index.html
Christian's persecution is a sad news, and it is also a good news for by it the Christian getting stronger and growing much more faster than without it!!

If persecution to Indonesian Christians going on, probably in the next 40 years, Indonesia would not become the most populous Muslim country anymore!!

  • Evangelical Leaders: Jews Need Jesus Christ

John 14:6 and also John 1:17 For while the law was given through Moses, grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. Yes, I do believe these scriptures, but so do I at John 5:45, saying, “Do not suppose that I will be the one to accuse you before the Father. Your accuser is Moses, on whom you have set your hope.
But my point is this, be told that (the body organization of ) Evangelical leaders has made an agreement with the Catholic leaders that “evangelical Christians will DO NOT evangelizing the Catholics” (who don’t believe Jesus Christ is the only way to the Heavenly Father) so WHY know they so eager to win the Jews whom already believing Torah?
What is the agenda behind this?

Here we need God’s wisdom. Prodriver is right, and I think the points of Mr. Warren are biblical.

Kenny, terriergal, Online4Him and akonda.. I do well understand your points of him, my self has some disappointment with his statement the way how he betrayed our Christian fellows in Syria.

As Jesus followers, we need to remember our Master of masters command:
Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples, "The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses' seat. So do whatever they tell you and follow it, but stop doing what they do, because they don't do what they say. They tie up burdens that are heavy and unbearable and lay them on people's shoulders, but they refuse to lift a finger to remove them. "They do all their actions to be seen by people. They increase the size of their phylacteries and lengthen the tassels of their garments. They love to have the places of honor at feasts, the best seats in the synagogues, to be greeted in the marketplaces, and to be called 'Rabbi' by people. Mat 23:1-7

So, let take and do Mr. Warren’s words - when it come out from the Bible - BUT don’t follow what he does.

    Peace upon you all!

Murray had a falling out with Youth With a Mission (YWAM) after working with the organization a couple of years ago. He sent antagonistic and threatening correspondence afterward, CNN reported.

If this was true, the gunman had been working in any YWAM base, so it is very sad then.
YWAM is very good organization, has a high moral principle and always trying her best to serve people whatever skin-colors they have.
By this tragic story we learn how important is to forgive others and ourselves, as the Lord forgives us when we ask sorry of Him.

1cor13:1-13 says: Judgment is NOT your place, it ALONE is GOD'S. So instead of quoting scripture to try denounce anyone and everyone you can, focus on your OWN faith. When that is PERFECT (which it will never be, because only GOD is perfect) then you can judge anyone you want.

My friend “1cor13”, GOOD ON YOU!!!, please send your statement to your pope as soon as possible you can, he was the one who started judging others by saying “Catholic Church is the only true church of Jesus Christ.”

These are the things we can NOT FIND in the Bible:
    Calling Pope as “Holy Father”
Calling Pope as “the Vicar of Christ”
Calling Mary as “mediator between Heavenly Father and Christians”

But these are written in the Bible:
Isaiah 9:6 “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, EVERLASTING FATHER, Prince of Peace.”

John 10:4,14-15 The sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. I am the good shepherd. I know my own and my own know me,
just as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep.

Isaiah 48:11 For my own sake, for my own sake, I do it, for how should my name be profaned? MY GLORY I WILL NOT GIVE TO ANOTHER.

Glory and honor, prise and power to our Lord Jesus Christ alone!!

  • Is it Possible to be a Hindu Follower of Christ?

    HonestToGod »

From the article above: 1. “Today, most consider this terminology too confusing and wonder why a follower of Christ needs to abandon a Hindu identity and adopt all the baggage that is included with the ‘Christian’ label,” he added.
    2. “Why are you leaving us and going to them? How are they better than us? Isn’t there as much corruption in ‘Christianity’ as there is in ‘Hinduism’?

    Comment to the point 1.
I do understand his point well. I did mission works in Bali (Hindu island of Indonesia) for two and half years and studied Hinduism at the same time. When addressing a question to Hindus, “Do you believe in Jesus?” the common answer is “YES, I do!” For Jesus is one of thousand of Hindu gods. I have seen a Christian Cross’s symbol in a Hindu trample as well. So we should not be happy for the answers, we need to tell them the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Point 2. Many Hindu leaders in Bali told me in many occasions they try first to get a Christian to be their religious events's book keeper, if they got none, then they will get a Hindu to be.

  • Survey: Many Christian Parents Choose to Satisfy Children Over God

    HonestToGod »
    Fri Nov 23, 2007 12:31 am Agree: 2   Disagree: 1

Here in Finland (‘the international office’ of Mr. Santa Claus), most parents (Christians as well) spent so much money for kid’s and closed familie's gifts at Christmas times. It’s a Finnish tradition that a parent or a grant parent will hire a man to be a Santa, just for handing over all the gifts what the members of family have bought for.
Normally, stresses and headaches are following the parents after that.

It is a good idea to buy gifts for our love ones, but if we do it for we have to do that and thinking “what my families will think if I did not make it?” while our packets almost flat or just enough for daily need that it is not good, is it!? “Buy now, pay later” of a critic song by Scott W. Brown is good to be listened everyday some days before Christmas time, I think!

I am a Christian father of two kids. I am fine with Santa as long as we put the LORD and Santa in the right position. It’s very annoying me (as Christian) when Christian parents forgot to thank to the LORD and in the sometime telling to there children (without thinking) to giving thank to the Santa who did not spent any cent of euros for the gifts what we got from.

In this case, I do agree with HampsteadPete, who said, “By all means, let's return to the real meaning of the winter solstice celebration, and along the way, and get the religion out of it!”

So, let we love the LORD our God with all our heart and with all our soul and with all our mind.
For this is the great and first commandment, and teach more to our kids to love God.
