" A very blessed birthday , Dr Billy Graham!" I still remember doing some basic christian living courses from BGEA. That was in 1975 when I was a teenager. I've grown to love and respect Billy Graham because of his sincere and true commitment to Christ. He never got involved with women or money scandals! All preachers should follow his example in serving Christ. I agree that his messages/ crusades should be recorded on DVD for future generations to hear and know how a committed live like Billy Graham's could bring glory to the name of Christ. God bless Dr Billy Graham and all his family members. I hope and pray that Rev. Franklin Graham will follow in the footsteps of his father in serving the true and living Christ!

Going to Bible Schools or Bible Seminaries is fine but we need to be very careful when being taught man's interpretation of the scriptures.I have read many teachings in my life as a christian and have come across various interpretation of scriptures. Many of the teachings taught by these writers/teachers contradict the scriptures or other teachers' teaching and expounding the word of God.I've become so disillusioned by all these and turned completely to the Bible as the best and most trusted teachings.I'm very disappointed with many of the 'Prosperity' preachers. I don't find that sort of thing in the word of God.God does provide for His children but He doesn't say that ALL His children will live a super- rich life!

  • Indian Christian Schools Attacked for Not Observing Hindu Holiday

This is inhuman treatment of christians. Why attack the innocents? What's wrong in not observing the declared holiday? In my country, though Islam, is the official religion, the government do not force its non-muslim citizens to observe ALL Muslim holidays.Shame on India and the hindus! Is this what your Hindu religion teaches? To attack others of different faiths if they don't conform to your religious beliefs and practices? You don't see any true christians persecuting people of other faiths. We are COMMANDED by the Lord Jesus Christ to love ALL humanity.God is love and he who has love has God and he who has God has love. This is the message brought to us by Christ.

I'm not so sure whether God will get angry at us for not supporting Israel even if Israel does things against God's law.Banning evangelism in Israel is not God's will. The christians should go all out to preach the gospel of Christ fervently without fearing the laws of man.We can NEVER compromise when we are COMMANDED to preach the gospel of Christ. Will God get angry with me for writing like t

If the Hindus believe their gods are great, then leave it to them to punish the 'offenders'. Why take the law into their hands and attack helpless and harmless victims! I'm so sad to hear and read this kind of report. This is religious persecution! Please Hindus have some sense! Have a dialogue with the christians and find out why they are doing evangelism among the people there. And if the hindu gods are really great and powerful, then ask your gods to defeat the power of the christians and their Mighty God.

We as chriatians shouldn't be deceived by the many so-called preachers of God's word. Many of them are only interested in the wealth of this passing world. When you read the scripture, it says that we should seek God and His kingdom. Live for Him-not live a selfish life. Our home is Heaven. We should heed to the teachings of our Lord Jesus as to not to lay treasures up on the earth. These preachers are very famous and rich and they are leading many to the path of destruction.Read the Bible. The Word of God isn't difficult to understand.Believe what is written in it and practice it.

The Hindus are not bothered of the well-being of the Dalits. Then why should they be bothered if the Dalits embrace christianity. The Christians are a group of people who care much for everyone irrespective of caste or creed or race. The Hindus' caste system is devilish and should be abolished. If they worship a true and living God, they wouldn't classify others as low or high caste.Hinduism is a much confused religion!

The christian walk and life is not an easy life. We have to carry our cross of suffering to serve Christ. It's a life of self-denial as Christ taught us. Mother Teresa who I believe served Christ with all her heart. She had her moments of ups and downs which every christian has. That's normal because we are not super humans. We need to trust Christ and Him alone. Please don't throw unfounded accusations against Mother Teresa. Those who accuse her don't even dare to do what she had done for the poor and downtrodden. These false preachers talk big but they are like the Pharisees of old.Repent and do no more sins!

We are not against the Hindus nor their religion. What the true christians believe is that the Lord Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation. Therefore, we will not accept or tolerate any teachings or practices that are not based on the Bible, the word of God. We love all people irrespective of their race, colour or creed.

We should not compromise our faith with any teachings that are not from the sound biblical teachings found in the word of God.This world is not our kingdom. Then why should we get involve with politics and thus compromise our faith? The disciples never got involved in politics. They fervently preached and taught the word of God.We shoild follow their ways.Let's repent and turn to the Lord with fasting and mourning.Stand steadfast in the faith!
