All sin is not equal, contrary to this false teaching, that is held in many of our modern day Laodicean churches. There are sins that warrant the death penalty such as murder. There are people that God absolutely abhors and hates.see Psalm 5:4-5, and Psalm 11:5. The Word of the Lord has much to say about those who shed innocent blood. Isaiah 1:15 states, " When you spread out your hands, I will hide My eyes fron you; Even though you make many prayers, I will not hear, Your hands are full of blood." Christians must pray according to God's will. His will has always been to love justice, to punish evil doers, and to reward the righteous. Christians are to love what God loves, and to hate what He hates. For further study on this matter please refer to this link: http://www.oldpaths.com:80/Archive/Davison/Roy/Allen/1940/goodevil.html
