    I thought the First Amendment had these words in it: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;" and that the definition of "participation" is "take part: to take part in an event or activity". If this is the case and the coach was "participating", his right to do so is protected under law. If the coach was not participating, but showing respect as was claimed, then the court is criminalizing the act of respect.

    Looks to me like we have a new of example of insanity.
