  • Obama Could Win 40 Percent of Evangelical Vote, Says Expert

Obama cares for all the things WE care about, including the environment, healthcare and taking care of America and our good name in the world. He is NOT for gay marriage, his web page specifically says he supports civil unions.

Listen, there's nothing wrong with gay citizens having equal rights. They have kids, they pay taxes, they're American citizens just like us. No matter what you believe about their lifestyle, they are our neighbors and relatives and they deserve to be treated fairly. Did you know that if a gay person owns a house and puts his or her partner on the deed to the property, they have to pay extra taxes on the equity in their home? And if they have kids and one of the parents dies, the kids could be taken away from the other parent? This situation is SO un-American!

If we truly do support family values, then we should be also supporting the kids that are in gay families. Heck, most of those kids are heterosexual, right?
