it is fact that at the council of nicaea the bible was pieced together-books were omitted-why do you not believe fact? did you even look it up? explain why the gospels of thiomas and mary magdalene are not inspired by God when these two actually knew Jesus
i didnt say all of the bible was false, but to not even question stories that were written thousands of years ago, thousandsof years afte rthey even happened-that is just plain ignorance
do you know how vile it is for you to compare adultery, beastility and gays in the same sentence?

The biggest problem you all have is that you take the bible literally when it comes to gays (despite all evidence that man wrote the bible), but do not apply biblical principles concerning divorce (why, for example, is the RCC OK with supporting divorcees with benefits but not gays?)

No one gets so drunk that they would have sex with their daughters by the way-you do know that if he was blindly drink he wouldn't be able to have sex? He was sober enough to perform the sexual act so he was sober enough to see he was climbing on his daughters...

How come humans have failing eyesight and wild animals do not?
coudl it be that through evolution, human beings didn't need their eyesight as wild animals do?

How about dewclaws on dogs? why would tehy need a thumb floating half way up their legs?

Or horses? Why is their thumb almost gone a foot up their leg?

Evolution does not have all the answers-just a fe wof them-but they make a lot more sense that "something snapped its fingers and everything appeared..."

I married just before i turned 30. I loved her, but knew something was wrong I tried to be straight, but i knew i wasn't being true to myself. I came out 8 years ago and found true love 5 years ago. That doesn't quite make sense you know...

From what I've learned, God is only about love-no silly rules and no son of God-Jesus may have been divinely inspired (I can buy that) but the immaculate conception was copied from the greeks, who copied it from others who copied it...a little eductaion clears it all up

I KNOW it is easier to just believe everything your parents told you, but God wants us to think, to challenge, to question...

Be not sheep-think for yourself-it is God's greatest gift :-)

There are lots of inconsistencies-you just choose not to believe them-google inconsistencies in the bible and you get thousands of posts

Again, I know it's easy to just say "Naw, it isn't true", but, again, question and research-it will make your faith stronger
