Why I Believe Mike Huckabee Should Be President

Mike Huckabee is an honest, godly man and I support him completely. We agree with Dr. Beam's statements regarding why he feels Gov. Huckabee should be President. He has a well-balanced platform of positions that America needs to have implemented. If we foolishly place the economy before pro-life issues, then we are defintely going to regret it in years to come. God did not say that he would bless the prosperous nation. If we choose to preotect the unborn, keep marriage as holy and monogomous between a man and a woman, etc., then we may delay judgment. If we do not, then we will accelerate it. The decision really is up to us.

Janet Huckabee is a very good example of a woman who is submissive to her husband. Biblical submission is a position of strength, not weakness and she is obviously an intelligent, fine woman of personal, inner strength. Perhaps some think of submission as being subservient or inferior......nothing could be further from the truth. I love submitting to my husband because there is freedom and peace when we obey God's word. My husband does not take advantage of me, but is a good, strong leader. We have a wonderful relationship that would absolutely not be possible if I were not submissive to him. Those who disagree with Biblical submission as Gov. Huckabee believes it need to read their Bibles again. He is right on.

I am surprised at how un-civil some of the comments are that I've seen posted here and on other blog sites. It is not neccessary to call someone else stupid simply because they don't agree with you. If you call youself a Christian, make sure that your comments reflect His nature and character, please.
