The sad commentary about all of this is that school systems and State Governments all over the country are scrambling to balance their budgets in light of massive shortfalls in income. Filing these sorts of lawsuits does nothing but bring our nation down even further.

And a side note to all of this squabbling over a prayer banner. As more and more Christians witness atheists and securalists promoting their hate-filled and anti-God agenda, the more Christians will pull their children out of public schools and enroll them in private schools, or home schools of their choosing. Soon enough they won't have to worry about suing government schools, because there will be no more Christians left there to attack.less

Study the Greek, which is the language the NT was written in and you will see that Sheol (place of the dead) or Hades is what Hell is referred to. Study the Greek, which is the language the NT was written in and you will see that Sheol (place of the dead) or Hades is what Hell is referred to. And please keep in mind that any English translation has to refer to the original Greek manuscripts. There is no Bible written in English, only a translation of the original Greek. Any Christian that is serious about their faith would not honestly argue over the semantics of this. Call it whatever you want, but Revelation 20 gives us the clearest picture of where those that reject Christ end up. And frankly, I would not want to see anyone end up there, even though (sadly) many will in fact, spend eternity where there is "weeping and gnashing of teeth".less
