This appears to be a bald-faced lie. Judge Walker's ruling can be searched. The word "harmful" appears exactly once. The "quote" which Mr. Colson provides is no place to be found in Walker's ruling. Which makes Mr. Colson's statement appear delusional at best and a bald-faced lie at worst.
