  • Protestants, Catholics Celebrate 10 Years of Consensus on Salvation

Flagged as inappropriate. show Where in the Name of The Lord do these groups get off signing compromise statements with the very institution that persecuted the true saints unmercifully for centuries, has no assurance of salvation, relies on unbiblical ruses of offices (priests, nuns, monks, popes, cardinals, etc.) to confuse the masses, and then has the nerve to declare that there is no salvation outside of Rome? This apostate creature has been a lie from day one, and now the evangelical churches, one by one, are clamoring to crawl into bed with this "thing", while it plans your destruction. Where are the mighty men of the Reformation in this generation?? hide

  • Evangelicals Urged to Heed Calvin's Voice

    1 Faith alone (Sola Fide)
    2 Scripture alone (Sola Scriptura)
    3 Christ alone (Solus Christus)
    4 Grace alone (Sola Gratia)
5 Glory to God alone (Soli Deo Gloria)

The bottom line here is that men like Calvin, Tyndale, Hus and Luther were willing to stand up for righteousness and truth. We evangelize the world out of obedience to the Great Commission and our love for Christ. God in His Sovereign Wisdom and Knowledge knows who is going to be saved from the foundation of the world. Ephesians clearly tells us that we are predestined and elected in Him, but we have to live for Jesus as part of our reasonable service (Romans 12:1-2) For the faithful in Christ, that is a light burden but a great joy. Remember, He died for us, and if you love Him, you will do anything for Him. What the King wants is an obedient, surrendered life. You will know His Will if you are willing to follow Him. Then, you will have His Joy and abiding Presence forever.

The sad part here is that these men are black first, and disciples second. How can anyone back anything this man has to say, when his first act as President was to sign the Freedom of Choice Act? He is for unregulated abortion, and they vote for him? What a crime!!

  • Evangelicalism's Terminal Generation?

It is a sad truth in America that the Entertainment Gospel has replaced the real McCoy. What Dr. Moeller and all men in leadership are waking up to is the fact that the USA is slowly becoming a hostile place for Christians to openly practice their faith. Jesus said they would persecute us if they persecuted Him, so prepare for the sufferings in China and Russia to show up here as well. The USA is NOT the Kingdom of Heaven, and the Republican Party is NOT the Army of God. This world IS NOT our home, saints. We must work and labor while it is still daylight. The night is fast approaching. Gird up your loins, ye saints of God.

Great news from Texas and Kentucky. Praise The Lord that the focus is back where it should be, EVANGELISM and DISCIPLESHIP. This current stste of affairs is a wake-up call to the Church to get busy about The Father's Work. Time is running out for this nation to repent and return to God. Let's GO!!!

How laughable it is to hear Protestants trying to schmooze the very Harlot "church" that condemned to death millions of brethren in the Middle Ages. Have all of you forgotten the great stand that Martin Luther took at the Diet of Worms, or John Hus, William Tyndale, and many others who stood against Rome and its pretend pope. Peter commanded Cornelius to stand up when he bowed in front of him, because HE TOO WAS A MAN, not the Vicar of God. Check out the thousands of dupes who get an "audience" with the "pontiff" and have to kneel at his chair and kiss his ring in obesience. CHRIST JESUS is the Head of The Church, not Peter the fisherman whom, by the way, Jesus called "satan" a few verses later for trying to stop Jesus from going to the cross. If Peter were alive today, he would laugh that Roman institution to scorn. Ratzinger the German claims to be the direct descendant of Peter the Galilean Jew, one of the Twelve chosen by Jesus Himself. If you believe that, I have some bridge property in Brooklyn I would like to sell you. Get back to EE, and go out and win the lost for Jesus. Peter and all of the other saints will be glad you did.

  • Reformed Christians Strive to Diversify Congregations, Leadership

Once again the "evil" white race has to bend over backwards for every other ethnic group on planet Earth. It is laughable how other minorities perceive racism as an all white problem. Yet, how suddenly that racism seems to go away when there is a new concession of a major role within the CRC, or when a minority pastor is put in charge of a majority white congregation. Where is The Holy Spirit in all of this? Do other ethnic groups confront their own racism by inviting white pastors to head their churches (you can stop laughing now)?? God will draw His people to the places they need to go to. This is just like the forced bussing stunt of the sixties. It will only exacerbate the issue without changing the results in the long run. Are Black and Latino Christians given a special exemption from the Scriptures commandment to FORGIVE, even as God for Christ's sake has forgiven them? Or does the PC Whinemobile need grease even today? The CRC is falling right into the hands of the false guilt crowd, who love every opportunity to look at their own faults through a telescope, and white Christians through a microscope. Loving God and your neighbor as yourself will bring about all the changes that will be necessary, because the PC crowd will continue to be like the Proverb's two daughters who are leeches, who are constantly crying "give, give".

  • Hispanic Christians Applaud Obama's Vow on Immigration Reform

It is amazing to hear that Latino "evangelicals" have signed onto Obama's "break the law, amend the law" sham on the American people. He then has the nerve to say to these people that we are a nation of laws. Obama is the new Bill Clinton, a moral relativist at best, and a classic deceiver at worst. Americans have filed lawsuits to obtain a legitemate copy of his hospital birth certificate, which "law abiding" Obama has stonewalled and hired his own team of lawyers to combat the issue. This is about votes, plain and simple. President Reagan granted amnesty for seven million, and they rewarded that act of compassion with twelve to twenty million more coming across the border to demand their "rights" as illegal aliens in a foreign land, something that their own Presidents Fox and Calderon deny to other people. Mexico is not a poor country contrary to popular belief, but they have no regard for their own people's needs and shovel them off to another country to send back revenue. Now, Obama's crew simply says we'll just enact immigration "reform" (code word amnesty while being reclassified as "undocumented workers"), making them pay taxes, and getting in the back of the line. What does that mean? They get immediate access to drivers licenses, government benefits, and all of the school and hospital care, while waiting for their citizenship. Now, with unemployment at 11%, how does the workplace accommodate eleven million new "workers" who are already here? By the way, did you also notice that the busy Chief Executive had no time for the National Day of Prayer and the annual prayer breakfast, but had plenty of time for the Latino version of the same? Wake up Christians, and see this act for what it really is, POLITICS.

  • Black Pastor Urges Southern Baptists to Celebrate Obama's Election

    Tue Jun 09, 2009 1:28 am Agree: 0   Disagree: 0

It is laughable and almost tragic to read of a black pastor trying to race bait the SBC into supporting pro-choice President Obama. The SBC could no more support Bill Clinton for the very same reason even if the "good ole' boys" network gave it the thumbs up. To hear a black pastor couch his opposition as "good ole' boys" shows the unforgiveness still nestled im his heart. I think that black America better get over this notion that in order to support "racial reconciliation", that majority white churches, colleges, and organizations need to have blacks in the top spot wherever they see fit. How many white pastors do you see at black churches or colleges? Can you imagine this conversation being carried on in China? It is about race with these malcontents, not grace. Let The Lord have his way here, and put the best man qualified for the job where he needs to be through the leading of The Holy Spirit.

Flagged as inappropriate. show As usual, the complaints from the outside of Liberty U. come from those who think that freedom means a license to do or say anything. The Bible has guardrails built in for the benefit of God's people. Immature Christians and radicals trying to disguise themselves as Christians can't stand the words "Thou shall not". Do you allow your kids to play in the middle of the road during rush hour? Thank God that Liberty took the righteous step of flushing out the Obama crowd who try to patronize the Pro-Life crowd with "debates and discussions", when the Democratic leaders are radical abortionists with no apologies. Kudos to Liberty for taking a righteous stand here. hide

As usual, the Devil and his henchmen are at work trying to intimidate the spread of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. These followers of Muhammed are going into the Lake of Fire at the end of their days. Expel the Muslims from Sweden and the rest of Europe, and let them return to their desert kingdom where the Arab leaders who practice no democracy can watch them chant their way to starvation. As for the comment on the Israelis harassing the poor Palestineans, please remember that Israel abandoned Gaza, and they were rewarded with daily rockets and kidnapped soldiers. How does it feel now that the collateral damage is coming from the Arab side? Want to blow up another bus full of civilians? Learn the lesson here. Israel will defend itself, and if Hezbollah and Hamas want to hide behind women and children like the cowards they are, blame no one but yourselves for the mayhem that follows.

It is a tragic day in which a professed "Christian" has no moral distinction from a Marxist. Obama is fooling no one, as was the case with predecessors Clinton and Carter on the Demoncratic side of the aisle. His bloodthirsty disregard for even born alive children who survive the abortion process shows you EXACTLY where his heart is here. Our job is to preach the Gospel, win the lost, warn the wicked and prepare to meet The Lord. This world is not our home. God is making it as plain as day!

It is tragic to hear that Ted has now decided the Bible needs to be rewritten to accommodate sinners. He has seared his own conscience with his actions, so now he is railing on the "religious right" for everything from the election results to stands against sodomy. God will not change His Character for your sake, Ted. He is HOLY, and cannot tolerate sin, but He is so Merciful, and gave us His Only Begotten Son, Jesus to pay for and cleanse us from any and all sins. Qiut fooling yourself into believing that God and God's people are wrong here. Get right with The Lord, and you will walk in the Light of God's Grace and Forgivenss, and you will see that His Chastening Hand is lovingly bringing you back to the fold
