I appreciate young people sharing their faith with their friends as soon as they get saved. Why? Jesus could return the following day. To wait until they receive some form of education doesn't fit with scripture. When Jesus told his disciples to follow him, they dropped their fishing net and followed. Today is the day of your salvation. Not tomorrow.

We need to remember that "it is appointed unto men once to die, then the judgment". Our concern must be with whether or not we did things the way God wants them done. Cain is a perfect example; he didn't offer up what God required; as a result God was satisfied with Abel's offering. Homosexuality, according to God, is a sin. Repent is what my bible says.

Does anyone know how I can contact this girl to offer her words of encouragement? I always appreciate it when young people of this generation stand up for something positive. Thanks.

I am a high school social studies teacher, and I appreciate this girl standing up for something positive. So much of the language that I hear in the school (during class, lunch time, in the auditorium, etc) is very offensive; it is profanity and sexually explicit. People who disagree with the young girl need to recognize that far worst forms of language are used everyday in our school system & no one is making that an issue.
