I don't care about a person's sexual preferences in a judgeship. I do care about their judicial philosophy and temperment. I do care about his/her world view. Having said that, one's view on homosexuality is a big clue about a person's world view of how law intersects with marriage and homosexuality. If such a person wants to redefine marriage for society, then such a person is not fit to serve as a judge. Period. hide

It's interesting that radical homosexuals want to redefine marriage for our society. They are making sexual orientation an issue. Yet, when it is an issue in the news, then suddenly there is such innocence about what all the fuss is about. What irony!
