Pastor Jackson is correct--no human rights are violated by DOMA. Race is immutable. It is inherently born. Sexual preference and sexual behavior is chosen. One can choose to abstain or not to abstain. Sexual activity is not immutable. One can be a virgin for a lifetime. It is not impossible. Each person has the same rights to marry someone of the opposite sex. All persons have that same privilege. No one has the right to marry someone of the same sex. We are all equally bound by the same marriage laws. Once the redefinition of marriage is forced on society, then all boundaries of marriage are legally meaningless. The eventual challenges of all permutations of marriage relationships will not survive the legal challenges mounted upon them because there will be no logically relevant legal reasoning capable of success. If one wants to have get married to 2, 3 or 4 people in marriage, then what is stopping that? If one wants to get married to a horse, then there is no stopping that either.
