Wow, if everyone was gay, "the whole earth would not exist in one generation" (some smart guy). There is no way being gay is a natural course of the earth, it is a problem and abnormality a mental illness.

Its funny all of you Huckaidiots think he is a fiscal conservative..... Not at all, just a preacher trying to fool christians into voting for him. He is no fiscal conservative, his record proves it. As far as Mitt being a social conservative, he is, he never put any legislation or any vote into effect where he was against abortion. He is a true social conservative as well as fiscal and I bet the majority of people in the U.S. see that and aren't disolutioned like the minority that try to smear him because he is Mormon.

I don't care if you are a "Professional Historian," buy the way, what the heck is that anyway? All that sounds like to me is someone so full of themselves and their knowledge that they sit around, study and then form conclusions according to their own egos and views on life.

I have an education too, yes, it was in history as well, do I go around saying "Im a professional historian." Wow, how arrogant.

Yes, I am right about the tanners, they are scum and have been proven as such. And if you knew anything about history you would also know that. The tanners are the ones who take items out of context and twist it to their liking.

If you want to know about LDS history, try watching "The Mormons," a very Biased PBS show. In that documentary, Marlin Jensen, church historian, is quoted many times. He does not dodge any question, neither did Dallin H. Oaks. All of these church leaders were neither secretive nor dishonest.

If you think quoting the Nicaean creed is going to prove anything, then you are wrong. Why adhere to a creed that is just the arguments of corrupt people who lived 325 years after Christ? Their arguments hold no more weight than if one were to have another council today and come to the conclusion of who God is...

    Konewone said this:

"Remember, Sandra Tanner is a great-great-granddaughter of Brigham Young, the second president of the Mormon Church and really knows what she is talking about when it comes to Mormonism."

Wow, that is so logically flawed....

Im related to FDR but does that make me know everything about being a President? The Tanner's works are full of inacruacies that have been proven wrong on multiple occasions. The LDS laugh at their attempt to "Disprove Mormonism." The Tanners are one of the most uncredilbe sources and they have been known as such for over twenty years. How they heck does being related to someone make them on expert? Totally stupid...

Why should I answer your questions when mine are not answered? About the bible being extrabiblical, sounds like an oxymoron.... Well the Bible as we have it today was put through additions of book, subtraction of books, changes in translations etc..... Many times, many years after the apostle's deaths.... Thats extrabiblical, or should I rather say, done without the proper authority.

and online4him, you just think you are answering my posts with some random quotes from the NT, it really isn't doing you any justice.

You said you don't except the authority of extrabiblical teachings?

Well then you better not believe the trinity or read the bible you have today because it is all extrabiblical.

You are a flat out liar or you are completley ignorant!

    Your comments here:
"The Mormon Jesus Christ: A created being: the elder brother of Lucifer (A lie).

The Biblical Jesus Christ: Uncreated God.

The Mormon Jesus Christ: Common (one of many gods) and, in some ways, of minor important in the larger Mormon cosmology (A lie).

The Biblical Jesus Christ: Unique (the Second Person of the one and only Godhead) and of supreme importance through time, eternity and all creation.

The Mormon Jesus Christ: Conceived by a physical sex act between God the Father (Adam or Elohim) and Mary, thus not through a true virgin birth.(A lie).

The Biblical Jesus Christ: Conceived by the Holy Spirit, who supernaturally "overshadowed" Mary, thus a true virgin birth.

The Mormon Jesus Christ: Once sinful and imperfect (A lie).

The Biblical Jesus Christ: Eternally sinless and perfect.

The Mormon Jesus Christ: Earned his own salvation (exaltation, godhood) (A lie).

The Biblical Jesus Christ: As God, never required salvation.

The Mormon Jesus Christ: A married polygamist? (A lie).

The Biblical Jesus Christ: An unmarried monogamist"

..................Me talking now, none of this is a Mormon belief, those supposed doctrines are completley foreign to Mormon doctrine. They were never a part of it, and won't ever be.

You say Mormons are wrong because you believe something different? Wow, what a strong argument. Your argument sounds a lot like "Because christians believe in the Trinity, Joseph Smith was wrong is seeing 2 celestial beings." Well, the whole point of that vision was to prove that there is no Trinity. Only 3 separate individuals in a "Godhead." there is no Trinity mentioned in the Bible, only a Godhead. I could never believe in the 7 ecumenical Councils because all they are is the arguments of a bunch of men saying what they think is right. Joseph Smith claimed he was a prophet, well I would believe a supposed prophet over the arguments of men.

How could Joseph Smith write the Book of Mormon. He first claimed his Vision with God at age 14 subsequently he met "Moroni," an ancient Book of Mormon prophet, in a vision at age 17 then translated the book of Mormon around age 23. Excuse me, but how many 14 year olds do you know whould 1. have the ambition to fool the whole world into beliving a false doctrine? 2. Have the ability with a 3rd grade education to write something like the Book of Mormon? 3. Want to deal with or be able to deal with the persecution Smith faced? 4. Be able to fabricate a story about the Native Americans that has so many simalarites to what we find as "Facts" in today's studies of the individual's history (And please non of your DNA argument nonsense).

Quit quoting stuff like Sydney Rigdon said this.....

Or so and so said that.....

There is no substance to that, no real argument. All there is is name calling like, you're not Christians because I think..... Give a real reason. "We believe Jesus Christ to be the Savior of Mankind and the only way to return to the Father." Gordon B. Hinckley, God rest his soul.
