The Antichrist is the Islamic Imam al-Mahdi. While Obama meets some of the characteristics specified in Muslim hadiths (tall, fair complected, mole on his face, high forehead, prominent nose, gives away money) ... the fact that he is not a direct descendant of Muhammad pretty much negates everything else.
I have no doubt whatsoever that he will be a key tool of the Antichrist/Mahdi, but he's not the guy.

Not that I voted for the man (I was smart enough to look at his voting record), but now he wants service-connected veterans like myself to use our own private health insurance to pay for treatment of our service-connected disabilities. For those with serious injuries (i.e., OIF/OEF battle vets), this can max out their benefits - as well as those of their dependents - in a matter of months, leaving them with no care at all. We were guaranteed health care for life for the injuries we sustained while serving our country - haven't we paid enough? Apparently Obama thinks not.

When will people stop calling Islamic terrorists 'radicals'? They are fundamentalists. 'Radical' implies a change from the core belief.

Also, in case there are any so inclined to compare these 'radicals' with 'Christian'KKK members etc., let me say this: In the Bible, the actions of the KKK are declared wrong in a number of different passages. However, in the Qur'an and the Hadiths, Mohammed/Allah repeatedly command murder, extortion, rape and torture in the name of Islam. (True, there is a verse in the Qur'an which states there is to be 'no compulsion in religion.' However, it was later abrogated by later verses, and a very telling hadith which states: "I have been ordered (by Allah) to fight against the people until they testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah ... if they perform that, then they save their lives and property from me ..." Sahih Bukhari V4, Book 52, No. 196.)

"The heavily tattooed evangelist courted controversy in recent months as videos began circulating on the Internet, apparently showing Bentley at raucous revival meetings using violence to heal sick people in the audience and shove people to the ground while shouting 'Bam.'"

... and let's not forget the story he tells about God telling him to kick an old lady (who was praying by the stage) in the face with his boot in order to see miracles happen!

(Of course, where I come from, that's not called a 'miracle,' it's called Assault and Battery.)

As long as the Hindu references are kept merely as commentary - WHICH THIS STORY CLEARLY INDICATES - then nobody has "added to" or "taken away from" the Bible. So why the venom, when people are coming to Christ?

The Apostle Paul was smart enough to understand that Gentiles would find the concept of a Jewish Messiah rather difficult to understand without a common frame of reference ... so he used ideas and terminology from the Gentiles' own experiences - namely, paganism. A prime example is when he spoke to the men of Athens:

“For as I passed along and observed the objects of your worship, I found also an altar with this inscription, ‘To the unknown god.’ What therefore you worship as unknown, this I proclaim to you." Acts 17:23

While his sermon was not completely persuasive (some Athenians mocked the idea of resurrection), others asked Paul to speak with them again (vs. 32), and eventually became believers themselves (vs. 34).

Ironically, I recall a story regarding Mahatma Gandhi, in which he said that he rather liked Jesus ... but that His followers were unfortunately nothing like Him. (He had been turned away by 'Christians' when he attempted to attend a church in London as a young student.)

Well, you have to remember that there is video evidence (available on YouTube and elsewhere) from Oprah's show, during one of her more "spiritual" episodes, in which after having heard from an apparently New Age woman in the audience, Oprah declares that "there can't possibly be just one way [to God]." A woman in her audience raises her hand and asks Oprah, "What about Jesus?" To which Oprah responds, "What ABOUT Jesus?"

The New Age woman wisely stays out of the conversation during Oprah and her audience-mate's discussion ...

Taqiya - a form of sanctioned lying in Islam, which is practiced when one fears for one's life, the lives of one's family members, or for the preservation of the faith. In those situations, according to most Shi`a jurisprudents, Taqiya is required!

One Shiite Tradition promoting Taqiya is:
Imam Jafar Sadi (R) said: "Associate your opponents only outwardly and oppose them inwardly." (Ft. #1, Usool al Kafi, p.244)

Now compare Hamas' claim of "living as a next door neighbor in peace" with Israel with these verses from the Qur'an and Hadiths, regarding how Muslims are to treat Jews and Christians. Keep in mind that Hamas is a fundamentalist Islamic group:

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Do not greet the Jews and the Christians before they greet you and when you meet any one of them on the roads force him to go to the narrowest part of it.

The only Qur'anic way for Hamas and Israel to co-exist in "peace" is for Israel to submit to Dhimmitude. But Israel isn't about to become Dhimmitized, relegating themselves to second-class citizenship status in their own country, and willingly paying Jizya to the terrorists of Hamas. Not going to happen, nor should it.

So ... Hamas wants to "live in peace with Israel?"
Sure sounds like Taqqiyah to me ...

Oh, really. Let's test this assertion with Scripture, since that's the standard a Christian should be relying upon.

Jesus said in Matthew 9:13 that He came "to call sinners to REPENTANCE"(which is turning from their sin and not committing it again) ... and according to the Old Testament, (Leviticus 18:22) homosexuality is not only considered "sin," but "an ABOMINATION."

Paul said in 2 Timothy 3:16 that "ALL SCRIPTURE IS INSPIRED BY GOD, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness." Yet at the time he wrote that statement, the "New Testament" didn't even exist ... so he could only have been writing about the Old Testament, which (as stated above) FORBADE HOMOSEXUALITY AND CALLED IT AN ABOMINATION.

Combine this with the fact that Jesus also said in Matthew 5:17-18 that "Not one jot or tittle will pass away from the Law until all is fulfilled." (This is the Greek word Ginomai. There is only one other passage which has Jesus specifically stating "It is done," using the same word - Revelation 21:6, when the New Jerusalem comes down from Heaven. It is not to be confused with Teleo, used in John 19:30, which was spoken by Jesus on the cross when He said, "It is finished."). So apparently, the OT commandment against homosexuality, and it's condemnation as an abomination before God, still stands.

He can deny this truth if he wants, it won't change the fact that unless he repents, he'll be heading for the Lake of Fire (1 Cor. 6:9-10, Rev. 21:8). Ezekiel 33:9 says if you warn a wicked man to repent and he refuses, his blood is on his own head, and you've saved yourself. I'm guessing from his negative attitude toward Bible-believing Christians that he's heard several warnings already. Nothing left to do now but shake the dust from our sandals.

I disagree. The 'Church' did not even HAVE set buildings until the conversion of the Pagans, when their temples were converted into 'churches.' Christians met in their houses, or even in tombs (the Roman Catacombs).

Why such a fuss over buildings, when God didn't even command us to build them in the first place? Our BODIES are the temples of the Living God, not buildings made by human hands.

"J" is also for "Jizyah," or "whole tax," which is imposed on "People of the Book" (i.e., Jews, Christians and Zoroastrians) who refuse to embrace Islam. It consists of Muslim overlords taking all of your valuable possessions - including marriageable daughters - and then relegating the Jew/Christian/Zoroastrian to a second class, or "Dhimmi" status.

"D" is for "Dhimmitude," or the state of having little rights (other than breathing), no property, and inability to openly practice your religion. Dhimmis must conform to the sometimes barbaric "Shari'a Law," including women having to wear clothing to blend in with their Muslim counterparts.

"S" is for "Shari'a," the law imposed in the Qur'an (although some rules - like whether or not a hijab headcovering is required - are completely cultural and have little or no basis in the Qur'an). Included in Shari'a are: Death penalty for the female party of adultery (the male will get beaten and/or do jail time), honor killing of women (even if there is no proof that they have committed any sort of sexual act), death penalty for homosexuals (and jail for accusations of homosexuality - with or without proof), mandatory female genital mutilation ...

... and yet somehow, the President (and others) make statements that "Islam means Peace," and "we both worship the same God."

It's a good thing this is a dictionary, because I am completely speechless.

Which is exactly why Jesus said, “Not everyone can receive this saying, but only those to whom it is given. In other words, this command (1) was given to believers; and (2) if you divorce, you should be prepared to be unmarried the rest of your life - a concept echoed after the finished work of Christ by Paul in 1 Corinthians 7:10-11 - "To the married I give this charge (not I, but the Lord): the wife should not separate from her husband (but if she does, she should REMAIN UNMARRIED OR ELSE BE RECONCILED TO HER HUSBAND), and the husband should not divorce his wife."

Note that the source is Jesus, and not Paul.

Given that Jesus called "remarriage" by another name ("ADULTERY"), that's probably not such a good idea: Matthew 5:32, 19:9; Mark 10:11-12; Luke 16:18.

But then again, the sin message has been watered down in so many churches that when you preach the pure Word of God, you're laughed at or called a legalist.

People think nowadays, thanks to the OSAS poison doctrine, that God looks the other way while you live in sin because of a 5 second faith moment, but that's not true. The Bible says that REAL faith is like a "cross", a "road", a "walk" ... none of them are stationary or easy ... and that it requires "endurance."

The soundest Biblical advice to anyone considering justifying the sin of illegitimate divorce after reading this article: DON'T ! Because adulterers "do not inherit the kingdom of God" (1 Cor. 6:9-10), and end up in the Lake of Fire (Rev. 21:8).

Let's remember, after all, that Yusuf Smith is the gentleman with whom Robert Spencer had a memorable exchange here a few years ago. Spencer said: "I would like nothing better than a flowering, a renaissance, in the Muslim world, including full equality of rights for women and non-Muslims in Islamic societies: freedom of conscience, equality in laws regarding legal testimony, equal employment opportunities, etc."

Yusuf Smith responded: "So, you would like to see us ditch much of our religion and, thereby, become non-Muslims."

Nuff said.

Fitna shows portions of the Qur'an that - in no uncertain terms - call for violence, terrorism and murder, side-by-side with news clippings and video that show Muslims acting on these verses and using them to justify their crimes.

In other words, the Qur'an commands adherents to murder and terrorize. For all this condemnation is worth, why doesn't this 'Global Church Body' (who doesn't speak for everyone, BTW) just condemn the news media for having the audacity to expose the truth? How DARE anyone show the truth! Gasp!

The 'peaceful, moderate Muslims' are the ones who are disobeying the Qur'an. The terrorists are the devout adherents. Get that through your head RIGHT NOW, and stop listening to the 'Dhimmitized' politicians who claim that Islam is a 'religion of peace.' It is not.

The only difference between Mohammed's Qur'an and Hitler's 'Mein Kampf' is that Hitler didn't hide behind a false god to justify his murderous atrocities. Mohammed did. But then again, since what 'Allah' says and does is antithetical to what the God of the Bible says and does, would a valid excuse be "The Devil made me do it?"

PART TWO

First off, the film, "Fitna," is not "Anti-Islam." It does show the cartoon of Mohammed with a bomb in his turban at the beginning and end. But there's a reason for this. The rest of the film merely proves this assertion to be true by showing verses straight from the Qur'an that call for ALL MUSLIMS to murder in the name of Allah, with photos of news headlines and still pictures of murder victims (some of them women, killed to protect the family's "honor" when they dated someone their father didn't approve of), and videos of public beheadings, shootings, bombings ... etc.

In an ironic twist, a Muslim cleric made the statement that the "Mujahideen" (terrorists) could have easily made this film to highlight their - for lack of a better term - holy acts. (Since they do what they do not by PERVERTING the Qur'an, but by following the Qur'an WORD-FOR-WORD.) In other words, watching bodies blown to bits, heads sawed off, public hangings ... are all for the GLORY of Allah, and could potentially be a great RECRUITING TOOL for the terrorists (which are the TRUE adherents of Islam - the 'peaceful' or 'moderate' Muslims are actually the ones in violation of the Qur'an!).

Bottom line, the "holy book" of "The Religion of Peace" calls for ALL MUSLIMS to do these things. Just in case you were wondering, if you're a Christian, the Qur'an says that you are a "dog" that Muslims are NOT to befriend. There's a term for this - Taqiyyah. It's a form of lying. Yes - LYING is a SACRED DUTY, according to Allah!

Oh, and in Muslim countries, you would be subjected to the Jizya (or 'whole') tax. It's only imposed on Jews and Christians ('People of the Book') - anyone else would be murdered outright. When a Muslim says that Jews and Christians are shown 'respect,' it means that they are offered the 'opportunity' to embrace Islam. If they do, fine. If they don't, then the Jizya tax is imposed. What this means is that all of your belongings (including marriageable daughters) are taken, until you feel yourself 'subdued.' If you submit to the Jizya, fine. If not, then the Muslims are to pray to Allah to help them to MURDER YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. This is ALL in the Qur'an.

Jeremiah Wright was not "crucified" in any way, shape or form. He has been identified and judged in the media because of the poisonous fruit of racial hatred that he has spewed from the pulpit, apparently for decades. The pulpit is a place that should be the starting point of hope and salvation, not bigotry and hate. The comparison of Jeremiah Wright, a bigoted anti-Semitic racist, to the Lord Jesus Christ is blasphemy of the highest degree. Otis Moss III should be ashamed of himself for even thinking such a thing, much less preaching it. If Jeremiah Wright was indeed "crucified," it was for his own sin of hatred. "Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him." 1 John 3:15

God said he would bless those who bless Israel, and curse those who curse Israel (Genesis 12:3). Allowing his church bulletin to be the sounding board of Hamas propaganda proves that Wright is of the very same ilk as Louis Farrakhan, the sworn enemy of God's people Israel. He was not "crucified" for his faith in Christ - which according to Jesus is characterized by love for others (John 13:35) - he is reaping the curse that he himself sowed by becoming the ally of evil men who are under the influence of Satan himself.

Jeremiah Wright praises Louis Farrakhan and parrots his hate-filled vitriol. Louis Farrakhan preaches the VERY MUCH MAINSTREAM Islamic tenet of anti-Semitism. (Muslims who do not harbor a hatred of Israel are actually the "fringe group," since the Qur'an specifically calls for the degradation and/or murder of Jews. Don't be deceived by the media's incorrect portrayal of Islam as a "religion of peace" - it is not.)

I have said it before in this forum, and I will say it again. Islam is the religion of the Beast. Its heroes/leaders consist of a Murderer-Pedophile (Mohammed), the Antichrist (Imam al-Mahdi) and the False Prophet (Issa).

This is not hate speech. It is fact that can be easily looked up online, simply by going to Muslim sites that publish the Qur'an, Hadiths and Sura. The words of their own "holy" books condemn their religion - no propaganda is even necessary.

Jeremiah Wright has led his church into the lap of Islam by the willful promotion and publication of terrorist manifestos and by praising evil men like Farrakhan and Cone (the author who stated that black people need to "kill" any God who does not support them over whites). All that is left for them to do is complete public conversion to Islam.

Glenn Beck brought up a good point about this church.

Before they took the page down, Trinity CoC proudly proclaimed that they were "Unashamedly Black and Unapologetically Christian." Now, that sounds nice, but what if a church wrote that they were "Unashamedly WHITE and Unapologetically Christian?" Could you imagine the uproar from the NAACP and other groups, likening that church to the KKK or the Aryan Nation? What's good for the goose is NOT good for the gander, apparently, when it comes to bigotry ... there is definitely racism in America, but it's not the same racism as 40 or so years ago. It's reverse discrimination now. Whites are immediately wrong, and blacks are immediately right, regardless of their actions or beliefs.

Any and all types of racism are wrong. We are all equal in God's sight. If you're a Christian, refer to Galatians 3:28. If you are not a believer, refer to the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

"Issa" does not resemble Jesus simply because he isn't Jesus.

Muslims are waiting for the return of their own messiah, called the Imam al-Mahdi. After his return, he is later joined by Issa, who becomes his religious and political leader. The Qur'an requires that anyone who claims to be a prophet must be able to call down fire from heaven. The Imam will initiate a 7-year peace treaty with the Jews and Christians, but it will be broken, and Issa will execute those who refuse to convert to Islam by beheading.

At the end of the 7 years, the Muslim antichrist "Dajjal" will appear in the sky riding a white mule. He will "trick" the Jews and Christians into calling him "Lord" and "Son of David." According to Muslim eschatology, Issa will kill the Dajjal and his followers, and all the world will convert to Islam.

As you can see, Islam makes the biblical Antichrist and False Prophet into heroes, and the Lord Jesus Christ into a devil. This is, of course, blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, just like the Pharisees did when they accused Jesus of casting out demons by the power of Satan. Islam is, quite frankly, the religion of the Beast.

Millions of Christians have been fooled into looking for a Caucasian Atheist Russian (i.e., Nicolae Carpathia) to be the Antichrist. Instead, it will be an Iraqi Muslim. Islam has already become the one religion with a "pass" to do just about anything - take a look at the headlines in the UK to see how their government tiptoes around their religion so that nobody gets "offended."
