Biblically illiterate people are the only ones that can call Bible prophecy "superstition"! What will they call it when they've been left behind?

This is political correctness par excellence! All religions don't teach the same doctrine. Obama has obviously never read the jihadist verses in the q'ran, where violence is commanded against infidels. Hinduism doesn't present a personal god but pantheism (god is in everything). If karma is the product of previous bad actions in previous lives that is improved through incarnation then why help those who suffer?

Who's reformed in their theology DRJ?
I do notice that His name is missing from lots of songs, but Third Day released "Cry Out To Jesus" in 2008 (oh wait, that was 2007). I haven't heard any deviant theology in any of their songs. Can you give examples of "reformed theology"?

Flint and Francis are truly unbelievable! Those two have the gall to go before congress to ask for money, when their filthy, sleazy business nets many millions of dollars a year? They should've been tossed in jail and not even given the chance to appear before congress. How many marriages and minds have they spoiled with their smut?

The glorious thing about our faith is it being based on actual historically documented events.
(2Pe 1:16 NASB) - For we did not follow cleverly devised tales when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of His majesty.

I understand the concern for those caught in the cross fire in Gaza, especially the women and children. I understand the outrage for the death of the innocent as being a sad occurrance of war. But where was the outrage when Israel was being rocketed and shelled EVERY DAY! How come the international community was not up in arms then? The fact is, the people of Gaza elected a bunch of savages to be their government, who have in turn used them as human shields and brought about their misery. Hamas knows that each civilian casualty is political and propaganda revenue for them and that's utterly dispeakable! Hamas messed with a nation with a might army and now is getting their clock cleaned at the expense of those innocent civilians.

Daniel Paul, I understand that's our definition of "martyrdom"; but to those of the Islamic faith, it means dying for the cause of Allah, be it while attacking others or blowing themselves up. This is sanctioned by the koran and the hadith.

Like Europe, the US is becoming the country where the rights of people of faith are trampled by those of same sex couples and homosexuals. Thus, creating a special, priviledged class of people within society; woe to those that dare call it what it is, a sin against God!

Hitchens' argument is laughable: "Atheist Hitchens in an earlier segment said he firmly does not believe there is an absolute truth but only relative truth". To absolutely believe there is no absolute truth is an utter nonsense. This poor man is not only a fool but a blasphemer!
(Hbr 10:29 NASB) - How much severer punishment do you think he will deserve who has trampled under foot the Son of God, and has regarded as unclean the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and has insulted the Spirit of grace?

Whethere he wants to acknowledge or not, one day, Christopher Hitchens, the self-professed atheist will bow the knee to the Lord Jesus Christ:
(Phl 2:9-11 NASB) - For this reason also, God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus EVERY KNEE WILL BOW, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

The grave problem with Hamas and all the Islamic terrorists groups is their desire for martyrdom as a means to salvation. What seems to us as utterly absurd, viz a viz, rocketing Israel knowing they'll get pummeled, is grounded in this perverse and evil theology. There is indeed an obssesive love of death in these Islamic terrorists. I wonder what other country would have shown the restrain that Israel has, after 6,000 rockets, they've finally acted to defend and quell this threat. The most unfortunate outcome is of course, the powerless and innocent civilians on the ground, that are being used as human shields against the Israeli bombardment of key Hamas' infrastructure.

Who cares what the pope says, the word of God says it's a sin and the wages of sin is death.
Le 18:22, 'You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination.
De 22:5, "A woman shall not wear man's clothing, nor shall a man put on a woman's clothing; for whoever does these things is an abomination to the LORD your God.

I totally agree with thelamb_777's comment. Not to belittle the deaths of the Mumbai's victims but where's the outrage for the many Christians who have not only died but also been exiled from their homes? This may be a reaping from their harvest of hatred and intolerance toward Christian believers.

I believe the government is for the people and of the people. The majority of whom voted to amend the constitution of CA to define marriage between one man and one woman. How many times does the people of CA need to let their voices be heard about this issue? Does Prop 22 ring a bell?
