  • The Only Game in Town? Richard Dawkins and the Limits of Reason

Why do you guys bother to waste your time with this troll (RBATY): He has a room temp I.Q., and can't you guys see through his pretentious speech which is the inane ramblings of a fool? RB is likely unemployable. He has probably bounced from job to job, alienating all with whom he works by his pretension of intelligence, but who’s thought patterns are an inch deep and a mile wide. He gets away with if for a few months, intimidating the meek around him, but is eventually found out for the intellectual lightweight that he is and thereby sent packing once he annoyed the wrong guy or gal.

So now, the only job's he can keep are at Burger King, flipping hamburgers, trying to impress teenagers with his intellect, all of who laugh behind his back wondering who this eccentric old fool is, and using him as an example of WHAT not to become...

Ignore the fool. To argue with a fool, only makes you guys look foolish.

He will not answer your question(s), because he can't.

The only way to deal with a fool like this is to get him on a witness stand and cross him. I love clowns like him, because they are so easy to destroy in the eyes of a jury!

Mean-spirited by me…yes! But true….and sometimes the truth, while hurtful, can be useful in bringing someone to understand that they are dependent on God!less

Gents: I have more I.Q. in my left pinkie, then all of you combined... And frankly, if ignorance were painful, you clowns would be in serious pain....but in each case, that would seem to be inevitable for each of you for eternity! "Do not fear those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell."

I am scare to death of debt, but have found that as I have become more faithful to God in terms of tithing, that God has taken care of me, even when times are bad. I can't explain it, all I know is that God has opened doors when the needs were there....less

Look, people, I have a lot of expertise in this area of law. I am actually published on this topic. Based on the state of the law and case law, this is not that close. That is not to say that an activist Judge may rule this to be an establisment, but I HIGHLY doubt it.

The banner is NOT an establishment. First off, it was a class gift, which is significant in terms of whether there is an entaglement under the Lemon analyiss.

Second, it is not a prayer any more than the words "In God we Trust" or "God Bless America", or "One Nation, Under God". At best, this is ceremonial deism. And this does not even reach that level. Being offended is not the basis of protections under the 1st Amendment. In fact, the 1st Amendment protects offensive speech. So being offended by the banner because one suggests that it is an establishment does not make it so. No more than saying that a Cat is a Dog because you want it to be!

There is NOTHING TO SEE HERE. This is simply so much sound and fury, signifying absolutely NOHTING. The banner stays. It will not even get to the SCOTUS, because the Circuit is going to sustain the District Court which will rule consistent with this post. Bank on it...bet your mortgage! Trust me, I am right, and the atheist fools, as per usual around here, are wrong. (Translation: I right, you're wrong...end of discussion!)

And when it happens some 18 months from now, all the knuckleheads, with ZERO legal education or understanding of constitutional law, will never come back here to admit their stupidity!less

Dawkins is as certain about evolution as the CIA, Mossad, Egyptian Intelligence, the Pakistan ISA, KGB, French, British, and Saudi Arabian Intelligence, who were ALL CERTAIN AND 100 PECENT convinced that Iraq had WND and that we were going to be hit by Sarin Gas about 20 miles south of Baghdad..... This is not that close of a call. The courts will find this to be constitutional. The ACLU often does things to get news, as it requires donations to keep going, and making news helps it with its fundraising. Nothing to see here....move along....

To suggest that a State Government cannot make these types of taxation decisions would be to read the establishment clause WAY WAY beyond its original intent.

Three of the four dissenters are Jewish. The fourth is an alleged Catholic who never attends church, is pro choice and pro gay rights (e.g. Not likely a Biblical scholar). 6 Catholics and 3 Jews on the highest court. So much for the idea that Evangelical Christians are well represented here....less

  • Afghans Kill UN Workers as Revenge for Florida Quran Burning

The contrast here is surreal. In Maylasia, the GOVERNMENT defaces 5000 Bibles on purpose, and nothing happens. One person in a SMALL Florida town burns a Koran that gets NO NOTICE by anyone, and 12 people are murdered in Islamic violence. Unlike Iraq, we will never ever win in Afghanistan, and every day and every life we waste there is a HUGE mistake. We should COME OUT of there NOW!
