to read the bible is to understand it. in the verse you just provided for me, i see nothing about homosexual behavior. i am NOT saying you are twisting the words or verses of the bible.. i am simply saying i do not think you fully understand what is being taught. also, if this is such an issue.. why do we not go by all of the teachings of the bible? things we NOW consider wrong are stated in the bible to have ACCEPTABLE. such as:

DEUTERONOMY 22:13-21
If it is discovered that a bride is not a virgin, the Bible demands that she be executed by stoning immediately.
DEUTERONOMY 22:22
If a married person has sex with someone else's husband or wife, the Bible commands that both adulterers be stoned to death.
MARK 10:1-12
Divorce is strictly forbidden in both Testaments, as is remarriage of anyone who has been divorced.
LEVITICUS 18:19
The Bible forbids a married couple from having sexual intercourse during a woman's period. If they disobey, both shall be executed.
MARK 12:18-27
If a man dies childless, his widow is ordered by biblical law to have intercourse with each of his brothers in turn until she bears her deceased husband a male heir.
DEUTERONOMY 25:11-12
If a man gets into a fight with another man and his wife seeks to rescue her husband by grabbing the enemy's genitals, her hand shall be cut off and no pity shall be shown her.

You people really make no sense to me. You seem to pick and choose what scriptures and the bible you want to go by. I think you just use the bible as an excuse, really.

Abortion stops a beating heart.
It is murder.
Murder is Sin.

There are thousands of abortions a day..
There are millions of men and women who cannot have children.
Why not give them a chance?
If someone is "mature enough" to have sex..
They should be "mature enough" to deal with the consequences.

I have also posted a comment on the article about Tila Tequila's bi-sexual television show on MTV & would like to say I myself am not Gay. But, I do support Gay Pride and all homosexual's. My Uncle is Gay and he is an amazing person. I love him with my whole heart. I also love his "life partner" (since they are FORBIDDEN to be married because of NAIVE individuals such as yourselves) & his "life partner's" children (2 beautiful, normal, women raised by him & his ex-wife). This is the reason I care so much about my stance on homosexuality and their rights. I don't believe many of you "Christians" have fully READ and UNDERSTOOD the bible in the sense most of you are saying because I myself have not read the WHOLE bible.. but, because of how much I believe in Gay rights.. I have read and read and searched for a VERSE in the bible where Jesus says something about same sex behaviors. Please, someone show me this verse. And if there is such a verse, please.. tell me why Jesus himself would be so hypocritical because He says He loves all the little children. Whether it is ACTUALLY in the bible or not, though, is not really MY concern.. my real concern is all you people claiming to be "Christian" yet turning right around, in the face of God and everyone around you & too being judgemental. All you people really are is scared. You're all scared of homosexuality like it is a disease which could be caught at the simple thought of 2 women or 2 men marrying. You should all face it. There are Gays and Lesbians out there. Some of you's Children will be gay. Maybe someone who is reading this right now's Grandchild will be gay. Will you stop loving them for this? Do you think they should have the right to live how they want.. Express their TRUE selves? But I know none of you will know until this happens to you.. & maybe it will. All I'm asking is that SOME of you realize, that this is NOT a choice for anyone.. to be gay or straight. This is determined at birth. It's just the way it is. My God does not make mistakes, homosexual's are not mistakes. They are God's children and they are some of the most amazing yet misunderstood individuals. God is simply testing you "Christians".. if you think about it long enough.. you will understand this test.. I hope before it's too late.

& once again.. I pray for you Judgemental "Christians" (<--oxymoron).
