Once again the Christian Post has titled the article in a negative way against Christians.
Lawsuit Against Gay Marriage Ban Irks Christians
By Lillian Kwon
Christian Post Reporter
Thu, Nov. 06 2008 04:32 PM EST
YOU put the "irks" part in the title putting us on the defensive. Lillian the reporter should report for the regular media like the NY Times. She gives more information on the gay groups than any of us need to know. Homosexuality is an abomination. The Mormon Church is being attacked in CA for paying for ads on TV that the gays say helped pass the Marriage bill. God Bless the Mormons for doing what many Christian churches did not do!!
So the gays probably get free legal service from ACLU. The ACLU gets funds from our government. I suggest the gays are getting legal service for free or they would not be suing. When are "Christian" reporters going to do their own research and tell us who is paying for other lawsuits and where the gays get their money to cause chaos. The more I read on this site the more I feel like it is "CINO" Christian I Name Only The gays don't like it when you fight back. That should be in this article. Not that we are "irked" we are always attacked that is not unusual but to read it portrayed like the title of this article "irks" me. I expect this from Chris Mathews not from the CP. The writers portray Gospel truths in a liberal theology with the issues of today glossing over the truth.
The more I read on this site the more I feel like it is "CINO" Christian In Name Only .

Well Christian Post why don't you quote Dr Dobson or his group. Whoever heard of "the Rev. Richard Cizik" he is more know for his environmentalist views than for the Gospel.

This site seems to quote people who favor Obama. They remove my post but leave the comments made about my post. They take quotes about abortion from Alan Guttmacher http://www.lifesitenews.com/ldn/2007/oct/07101109.html
and put them in a story as if the "pollster"r for Planned Parenthood should be our measure of truth. My mother used to say "consider the source." I say the same thing about this site, "consider the source" see what groups or reporters they are quoting and check out the ministers they mention. Don't trust what you read do your own research on these Christian stories, Go to Dobson's site and other ministers you trust plus the regular media, Do your own homework. Ministers that do not agree with Obama will probably be afraid to speak out but those like Rev Wright can say what they want..Read about the election on http://www.frc.org/ for more incite. This organization is connected with Focus on the Family. Do not take Christian website stories or whatever as gospel .

cabootese & star, get a life. President-elect Obama elected fair and square and will bring the US back from the brink of disaster caused by 8 years of neocon lunacy."
How bogus is this site.
Who is Obama kidding? He wants help from McCain like he wants help from the Clintons, or Sarah Palin who got more brains then the Obama's and Clinton's together.

That was a good amendment to ban judges from overturning the State Law. Connecticut Supreme Court overturned our marriage law. It was just a law on marriage. Last year a civil union law was passed. This year is was challenged by homosexual groups who wanted the same rights as married people. The Supreme Court heard the case and ruled for them. Now homosexual marriage is legal in CT. So an amendment that forbids judges from overturning the law really is needed in some states.

This is a very sad day for us in Connecticut. CT Family Institute has spoke out on this continually spoken out against gay marriage. The CT Supreme Court took it upon them selves to a case and then overturned our State Law. When we vote in the November election their will be a question on the ballot for a Constitutional Convention. Many small groups that oppose each others views have joined together to support a YES vote on this question as I do. We the people will be able to propose bills to the legislature that we cannot do now.
The groups that are against this question on the ballot are homosexual groups, pro-abortion, unions, Democrats the AG of the State of CT and so on. Tom Scott from WELI Radio had one of the people that oppose this question on the ballot on the radio show. Tom pointed out that the people that are funding commercials against the Constitutional Convention are mostly from out of state. Those that are against the CC have donated over $800.000 and the small group wanting the convention have raised $50,000. A Constitutional Convention has been held in 24 states so far. Pray for Connecticut and for believers to come out and vote.Go to links: Copy and paste into address bar.

I am happy that this woman is doing this to help others especailly in New York. I do not understand why you quote "Alan Guttmacher Institute". Their work is always being sited as gospel by Planned Parenthoo. To me this their assoiciation has been too close with PP and often gives PP a boost by giving information out in favor of abortion. Get another organization for this information to site in your articles about abortion.

I have not been following this ministry but what I remember of it I would not attend it. I heard some of the messages on TV and it was more like a "feel good church" one like Joel Osteen. Not much Scripture but you feel good when you leave.

Perhaps you are suffering from hyper-religiosity.
I guess I am.
Of course, in your mind, you hold the truths of the universe.
I guess I do.
Your religion, your take on religion, your world view are the correct ones- everyone else is evil, wrong and misguided.
So true so true.
Your posts suggest you to be a very inflexible and highly intolerant person, very scary.
Very true I know what I believe and it scares people like you.
My guess is you would not be a lot of fun to have a beer with.
I don't drink.
PS â??You are like Obama you think talk means something to crazy peopleâ??
What ? dude that maks no sense
"scitsonga"-- You are using any excuse not to believe in God. You are like Obama you think talk means something to crazy people. Well you are wrong. Maybe you don't want to believe in God so you don't have to obey him.You use the excuse everybody thinks their religion is the one. Christianity is the one. It offers salvation and redemption through a loving God. You want to use intellegiance to score your points in the world problems and with dictators, it won't work. Despite what happens in Iran or anywhere else we Christains know we have a better ending then what is going on. We rely on godly wisdom and trust in the only one that knows what happens before it happens.

It is about time Pastors speak out. Obama's pastors and many black pastors have been talking politics for years. These pastors are comparing the word of God to what the candidates say they believe. This is a legitimate thing for Pastors to do to educate the flock.
Please, what faith. These people that met with this terrorist dictator are traitors to there own country. Ahmadinejad's religion is not equal to ours. This man thinks he is better that Jews. Jews and Christians are a threat to him because we believe what the Bible says and we believe the Bible is the only word of God. This man should not have been allowed in the US and those having dinner with him should be ashamed. Their intentions may be good but where is the wisdom. It is like a normal person trying to converse with a maniac? Does the maniac understand? No I don't think so. I stand with the Jews & Israel. Islam is a cursed religion and the Koran is not a book of God's love or redemption..........!

It's bad enough to have perverts on the ground we have to have them sitting next to us. I applaud the airline employees who want to this stuff filter out. They do not have to view this filth on the job. It is like sexual harassment on the job. You cannot hang these pictures in an office , a bank etc. . This is a form of sexual harassment and hostile work environment. If these flight attendants don't get any where I suggest they file a complaint their HR or with the labor board. The airline is the employer not the passenger. Any airline that does not protect their passengers or their employees from filth should be boycotted
On our own we are little more than bits of stone and glass. Together we are the Body of Christ. Holy Bible: Mosaic is an invitation to experience Christ in His Word and in the responses of his people. Each week, as you reflect on guided Scripture readings aligned with the church seasons, you will receive a wealth of insight from historical and contemporary writings.
