Where did you hear that? So why didn't the men want to rape Lot's virgin daughters when offered...if it was about rape & not homosexuality? Believe what you want, but that sounds like bad interpritation.

Jesus referred to those in Sodom & Gemorrah as examples of them that will not see the Kingdom of Heaven. A quick reading of that OT story verifies how Jesus feels about homosexuality.

I wonder if Warren will ask the same question Franklin Graham recently asked of him

"Do you believe Jesus is THE way or simply A way."

No answer was ever released by anyone...Graham, the media or Obama himself. I've emailed numerous people to no avail. I doubt Warren has the guts to present this very simple question than would tell Christians all the need to know about the candidate!

"It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, and a kings to seek it out." Proverbs 25:2

What eternal significance does the details of stars have? If the Bible described in detail the reason for & process of how they were formed....many would still choose to not-believe. JMO, but when the Bible is silent on a matter I believe that God gives us the joy to find out ourselves.

Jesus never mentioned the term "homosexuality", but he did refer to the judgement of Sodom 5 times in the gospel. A reading of Sodom will quickly & without doubt show the reader that homosexuality was rampant in the city at that time. This does not indicate we are not to love them, but must acknowledge it as sin and minister accordingly

    Dr. Beam,

Thank you for your comments. The quote that you responded to ("open to arguement & amenable to reason") scares me...."on the solid rock I stand all other ground is sinking sand"!!! Also, I thought it interesting in that same speech Obama states "first off you are of this world, not apart from it". Wooh, that is the EXACT OPPOSITE of what Christ states numerous times in the Bible. Anti-Christ rhetoric is what I would call it, Dobson went easy on the guy if you ask me.

    Blessings,

Reminds me of a line in the movie "A Fish called Wanda". Jamie Lee Curtis tells Kevin Kline "a monkey can read Nitschke, he just doesn't understand it".

"If the Republicans loses control of Congress and the White House, we can be sure religious right will be much more active on the state level — our work will be critical there."

Last I looked the Dems controlled the Congress.
