They've been translated; I've got a translation right on my desk.

Most Britons say religion is sexist, descriminates against gays....and they would be mostly right.
Yes, we make distinctions between the genders - women should not be teaching men or holding authority over men, women should be submissive while men should take a loving leadership role, men were created in God's glory while women were created in the glory of man, God reveals himself in the masculine....so yes, in that sense, if you want to call it "sexist" then so be it.
Yes, we discriminate against gays - they are in open opposition to God. They are wicked and lost. I was once lost and disgusting and my flesh is wicked so I don't somehow consider myself, apart from Christ, any better than them - but that doesn't excuse me from speaking the truth in love that they are lost, disgusting, God-haters who are living in sin and need a saviour.
Society might find it reasonable if a boss fired someone from their job if they were convicted of downloading child pornography, but unreasonable if the employee only admitted to downloading pornography. Society might find it reasonable if a boss fired an employee for being convicted of polygamy, but not if the employee is simply a homosexual. Times are changing - is what we discriminate against going to be determined by societal norms or what Scripture says? Who is the highest authority - Caesar or Christ?

Why is Brian McClaren being interviewed on his thoughts on the onslaught of Prosperity teachings? That paints him out to be a good-old, solid Christian defending our faith from foreign heresy. Has it come to this? Do we need our heretics to defend us from our heresies? Read up on McClaren...

"Hate the sin and not the sinner" - Gandhi (unregenerate Hindu)
"The arrogant cannot stand in your presence; you hate all who do wrong. You destroy those who tell lies; bloodthirsty and deceitful men the LORD abhors." - Psalm 5:5-6
Wow, God hates the actual _people_ who do wrong. Hmm. Another translation is "You hate all workers of iniquity."
"The LORD examines the righteous, but the wicked and those who love violence his soul hates" - Psalm 11:5
"I hate those who cling to worthless idols; I trust in the Lord" - David in Psalms 31
Now before us American Christians start blabbing off quotes from Hindu pagans as if they're scripture maybe we should examine the scriptures carefully. God loves the sinner AND HATES the sinner and so should we. As we develop as Christians we should receive a deep compassion and love for the lost as well as a hatred for the lost and their unashamed, prideful treason against God.

Nerohdam,
I do not condemn Jane with my own judgement, God condemns her in His Word. For He has given her over to her shameful lusts (Romans 1:26). She is an illegitimate pastor to start with (1 Timothy 2:12). She is a false teacher (1 Corinthians 6:9). She is going to hell (1 Corinthians 6:9) and, like Paul, I will that she goes to hell (Galatians 1:8-9). She is like a brute beast, a creature of instinct, born only to be caught and destroyed, and like a beast she too will perish (2 Peter 2:12). Why such hatred? Because she is leading others astray. Paul and God will that false teachers go to hell, so I conform my will to what's in scripture. That is why she should be chopped up and fed to the dogs. She is a demon, a daughter of Satan, who defiles the Glory of the Most High God and leads others astray. We should take Paul's example and purge the Church of these fallen minds found in the pulpit.

I am so sick and tired of this. Get these God-hating, homosexuality-accepting, female wolves out of the pulpits. Cleanse the Church of these fake, pagan, liberal liars. Women should not teach or hold any authority over men. False teachers who accept homosexuality should be burned at the stake. Where is our holy passion for sound doctrine? The Glory of God is at stake.
On our own we are little more than bits of stone and glass. Together we are the Body of Christ. Holy Bible: Mosaic is an invitation to experience Christ in His Word and in the responses of his people. Each week, as you reflect on guided Scripture readings aligned with the church seasons, you will receive a wealth of insight from historical and contemporary writings.
