I read Stephen Prothero's book on Religious Literacy, it was pretty good, and kinda scary actually of common every-day peoples understanding of what they (we)believe in the Churches we attend and our religious faith....
This was taken of another web-site and 'i2Ministeries' seems to be right on top of the subject of diversified religions and has a pretty lay-mans way of explaining some of the differences,.. I thought would be worth sharing for those that were interested......

This Country with the fast pace and the problems that have creep-ed up in the past 2-3 years, and all the different points of view and diversity of religion, to keep it simple, I would think alot of people just get "lost in the maze"...

Blago got caught, and I personally believe that,that scandal goes quite a bit further than him and immediate associations, and it will all eventually come out.......

Would like someone to suggest a book following Homosexuality through history from before the coming of the Chr--t, to the present,...it seemed to be rampant during the days of the Roman Empire and then after a number of years it fizzled out? for what reasons would be interesting as would maybe insight of the mental health of some of these people,...not trying to poke a negative finger at anyone, because as one well knows, alot of them are highly sucessful in our present society,....just interesting to me, thats all, thanks....

Well,this all seems just like the "Roman Empire" pt 2 as I understand it, Immorality was rampant in that era also and in Scripture it was proclaimed that right would become wrong,..true would become false,righteous would become sinful,..etc. etc etc.,in the "end of days" but anyhow, I take Charles Colsons editorials a blessing that I was lucky enough to stumble across,not that I agree on every point, but isn't that the beauty of the whole thing?

I believe that the leadership of this Great Country of ours is no more than microscopic reflection on general terms of the Country they represent,..in my mind anyhow....tolerance in this Country sure has change over the past 20plus years

One should then investigate on the present demographics of England and inparticularly "Londonistan", where, the surname "Mohammad" in another 15-20 years will probably be the number one most popular name of newborns in that Country,...where also there are members of their Royal Parliment (I read an article on brusselsjournal.com a year ago) advising "Native born Anglo Brits they would be better off moving to Australia and/or New Zealand to preserve their heritage,...pretty amazing.....

I'm inclined not to believe in coincedences and maybe this whole scenario was meant to happen for whatever reason, whether it was to test that persons soul, or to send that money to that Church to be used for a specific purpose,...Huh?...Maybe maybe?? if for nothing else is makes for an interesting conversation...the problem is getting rid of the "if for nothing else"....follow me?
