There is a document in the Library of Congress that is a letter from an indian tribe at the time of them being removed from their land onto a reservation, that states (sorry do not have quote) that they will go to the new land (reservation) but "please don't take the book of heaven away from us." This "book of heaven" is the Bible. some versions (New Living Translation) render "condemnation" as "judgment" which makes more sense to me -- "resurrection of judgment". Why judgment? because the angels are always seeking the how, why, and what of people and events.
