    mtgburrell, you may have misunderstood my intent. My comments were not directed at anyone who made previous comments, or at any topics raised in previous posts. I was referencing the original article, and the people such as Jay Sekulow of the American Center for Law and Justice, who are resorting to scare tactics to try to defeat the stimulus bill.

    This is an irresponsible and calculatedly partisan use of faith and people of faith! This is just another example of why Christians have lost their prophetic voice in our nation, because the people who purport to be our leaders are misusing their influence for strictly partisan ends!
