This is total blasphemy, to even say or assert that God supports either side of the political spectrum!

How can any true christian say such a thing when the VERY Founder of Christianity refused to become King several times and the night before his death said in prayer to His God and Father, "I am not part of the world and they [his disciples, both then and now] are not part of the world"?

Does not the letter of James say that friendship with the world means enmity with God (James 4:4)?

What these people do not realize is that, sooner or later, politicians will get tired of having so many "christians" or "religious" people meddling in the affairs of state and may even take actions against churches and other denominations...

If "christians" would only do what Jesus did... the world would be a far better place
