If Jesus was not able to make a choice to sin, then in Hebrews when it says He was TEMPTED as we are, but He did not sin, this then does not seem to support your idea. If Jesus did not have the ability, or choice to sin then would that not take away His humanity?

I present this as a question, but realize when we change and believe Jesus could not sin that sure changes Christian Theology. Does it not?

The Purpose Driven Life, in my opinion was just fair at best. Warren did not deal with sin, and that needs to be delt with to complete Gods purpose for our lives. The many different translations of the Bible he used to make his points fall into what he wanted to say was close to twisting words to say what he wanted.

Billg Grahams bood "The Journey" is a hundred time better, but this book just was not advertised like Warrens huge budget book.

I have deep concerns with Warrens direction and being our "Nations Pastor" Liberal and Social is what I have seen so far, and I am not there at all!

ozarkprof: To belittle Billy Graham in any way makes what you say mean much less. Dr. R. D. Winter would be ashamed that you would make any such of a unkind remark.

Both Dr, Winter and Dr. Graham have had spotless mi9nistries, and each had their own field of ministry called by God. We all have different callings and to compare how effective one was with the other is wrong.

I am glad Dr. Winter had such an inpact on you. I can say both have had different impacts on different people in many ways. That my friend is what ministery is about.

This President continues to prove how spiritually and Biblically ignorant he is. Obama's agenda is not in keeping with basic Christian beliefs. Mr.Obama is educated, but all his education is humanistic, which only proves education and Golilness are not always the same thing. Mr. Obama states he is a Christian, but by whose definition? When will Christians expect their ministers their Pastors to live as an example for their congreations? A 15,000 sq foot house is totally uncalled for! Mega churches can be a place that you can escape any responsibility, accountability. However Mega churches have the mower and money to make huge contrabutions in their communities, missions, and reach out to people in greater need than most smaller churches that are 150 members or below.

When a Mega pastor is caught in a moral failure it has an effect that is broadcasted all over the world. Christians are put to shame, and Christ is put down by those who dislike or hate Christianity.

I find the Roman Catholic Church to be very different in Central and South America. In These countries there is requirements or if you wish to say demands of the members that are totally unscriptually. There is a mixing of unchristian beliefs and the Roman Catholic doctrines. This combining of Christian doctrines and heather beliefs is done mainly to increase the money and to control the people. That's not acceptable and sure is not Christian.

I have very mixed emotions. 80,000 human lives were taken by this killer! All these 80,000 lives were the weakest and helpless of all furture men and women. I n any other context killing this many people would bring ourrage and cried for the death of suck a murderer.

I do not for one second think killing is the answer to for justice, neither of a person like "killer Tiller" or the 80,000 persons Tiller murdered. Both are against the Law in the eyes of the Lord, and should be in the Laws of human kind.

To ask our nation to pray for anything is unrealisitc. Most people of our nation are not Christian, and reject the most basic Scriptual teachings. Homosexuality, especially in males is not a loving and kind sexual relationship. You don't have to be a medical doctor to undersatand the activities engaged by these men is degrading. Homosexuality does not just happen, it takes a homosexual to brake in a homosexual.

In any large city the ER Doctors have seen the results of sodomy and the damage it causes. Sometime ask a homosexual what "fisting" is. Homosexuality is anything but tender and kind.

Ted and his famiy have suffered the ultimate shame. The greatest person to forgive Ted are God, his wife, children, and the Church he brought shan upon. We too can forgive.

This forgiveness does not entitle Ted to serve in leadership ministery ever again. To allow Ted to go into a church leadership ministry is not Biblical. But I think some place or someone will offer Ted a leadership ministery which would be a serious mistake for him, his family and thoes he would go to be their leader.

Rick Warren is using the wrong word! The correct word to honor JESUS CHRIST IS RESURRECTION DAY!!!!! Who ever started using the word easter really messed up. easter was the day to honor eastar the goddess of fertility.

When President Bill Clinton set an example of his recreationnal sexual activity before the whole world, younger people followed some of his suggestions. Remember it is ok to plan mind agmes with words. It is ok to lie. It is ok to play sexual games with women who are not your wife. It is ok to use and abuse women for your own gratification. It is ok to betray your wife. It is ok to abuse the power intrusted to you. Did I miss anything?

Young people now believe "oral sex is not having real sex" This has become a HUGE issue!

Not only did our President show the complete world how immoral he was but the basic promise of being faithful to his wife was not worth honnoring, but he faild a very basic trust. He made his wife and daughter ashamed of him, along with a majority of Americans.

We as a nation are paying a price for our untrust worthy leaders. President Clinton joined other in the higest office who also broke the vows to their wives as well.

Maybe most people don't know the facts that a pastor knows. Does any of you know how many "Christian Brides" are pregnant when they get married? Any idea what it is like when you are talking with a Christian Couple who want to get married and they are sexually active and won't stop until they get married? Any idea how much adultery ther is going on with deacons and even a pastor now in then?

Anyone who has been in real ministry with a counseling ministry can tell you that the topic of sex is still a taboo subject, and therefor people from all walks of life live a double life.

I think this pastor has proberely had his fill of phoney lies and lives lived by Christians who are being eaten up with lust and betrail in marraiges.

It is about time Christians are made aware that God has given his blessings to sexual pleasure in marraige. This not mentioning S E X in church is long over due. I can fully understand how a sermon like these on sex could have people surrender to Christ. We need to be aware that sex is like an "A" bom, and when it hit's kind is 1st and second grade you would be blasted away by what these young children say and do.

In a Kindergarden class three weeks ago in a public school there was so much sexual talk and sexual charged up kids you would not believe what was said and done by these 5 year old just a little above toddlers and these kide were already exposing themselves to each other. My oh my maybe the sexual talks neede to be done by parents before they go to kindergarden!

Don't judge this preacher to hard, remember he see's what you don't. God help our children as this world and the evil one is out to destroy our kids!
