I wasn't sure what side of this issue I was on until I saw the post above a bm rowe! That cleared it right up. I am totally in favor of NOT allowing this "neutrality" sham to slip by like the stimulus bill of goods did. If the s. F. Chronicle is in favor of it, I cannot be.
