cowboyfan88, you are wrong. When Isreal did not obey God commands, God chastised Isreal. The bible says God chastises those He loves.

Black history is not biblical. God is not a respector of persons. However, all people contribute to the building up of the kingdom of God. Tallguy1000, Prophet is correct. Why do Catholics pray to the saints? Christ nor any of the prophets of old testament, Mary or apostles ever told you to pray to them. They all needed a Savior. As Paul said in 1 Cor 1:12-15: No I say this, that each of you says, "I am of Paul," or "I am of Appollos," or "I am of Cephas," or "I am of Christ." Is Christ divided? Was Paul crucified for you? Or were you baptized in the name of Paul? I that God that I baptized none of you except Crispus and Gaius, lest anyone should say that I had baptized in my own name.

Now you can go into confession and say all the hail Marys you want, however that is not based on Scripture. Doing other than what is not in Scripture is in vain.

Christian...following the example of Christ. There already exist unity. Christ made Gentiles coheirs with Jews. But we aren't talking about unity as God's people. We are talking about bickering of within the church. How can we be Christians and be examples of Christ in the world but dislike each other? Christ has not been removed from His position. Why have "Christians" decided to adopt non-biblical reasons for seperation? Why are we following Scripture? Why do Catholics follow the old testament priesthood that was replaced? What are the differences between Lutherian, Methodist, Baptist and etc? What is an Evangelical, black Christian, white Protestant, Hispanic christian and etc? The bible denotes only two true group...Jew and Gentile. Either you are a Christian or you are not. Not based on your own desire but the foundation laid by Jesus. P.S. those people who pick and choose which Scripture to follow...you are breaking God's Word. 2 Tim 3:16 For all Scripture is God's breathed...

Because it is being promoted as Christian fiction, it is much more dangerous than books like The Da Vinci Code, which never claimed to be Christian.
This is a very destructive heresy. 2 Peter 2:1-2

Rick Warren is correct. God does not negotiate with Satan(evil). God is not a man that He fears death or will lie.
God will remove if necessary any evil force that prevents His people or His messagners from going forward. God uses a nation or nations to bring another or other nations into correction. God does as He pleases and He does not apologize.

Anyone one of us will lose a battle here and there from time to time; God never promised we would not fail at times. However, we are suppose to remain rooted in His Word. How may prayed that he be strengthen before of after this battle that he be renewed? How may sought to correct him of his error or reminded him to be strong in time of crises.
