  • Full-Scale Replica of Noah's Ark Coming to Ky. Theme Park

HO: What are you talking about? All of biology and geology and cosmology as well as physics say that six day creation is silly . . . but I'll humor you, please share with us how you "proved" your "theories."

  • 4 in 10 Pastors Believe Obama Is a Christian

Clover: And what "anti-biblical political stance" would that be? Would it be his desire to bring the troops home and desire for peace (through diplomacy, not war) or perhaps his desire to see the poor be clothed and fed and the unemployed, employed. Or perhaps his desire to lower taxes on those least able to afford them?

"There are many valid criticisms of evolutionary theory." Sure there are but Noah's Ark isn't one of them.

Isn't that the same message the slave owners and folks opposed to interracial marriage spread as well?

  • Secular Humanism as Religious as Christianity, Argues Scholar

HO: My second comment (about the boys) was of course cheeky but the first is absolutely true - are you somehow suggesting that therefore lesbians are chosen by God not to become infected with HIV or perhaps is it just circumstance and the way that particular virus makes the rounds?

HO: Lesbians also have the lowest incidence of HIV / AIDS of almost any group and they have the absolute lowest rate of molesting boys of any group - what's your point?

  • Pope Suggests Condoms May Protect from HIV/AIDS in Some Situations

You think not meeting until three months before marrying is a good idea? Please tell me you're joking. Marriage is hard enough without going into it not knowing (and I don't mean "know" in the biblical sense) your partner.

  • Ex-Muslim: Proposal that Islam is Tolerant is Fallacious, Dangerous

lpepperw: I could walk the streets of practically any country with my partner (although I believe in parts of Iran she would have to wear a burqa and walk a few steps behind me) . . . You think because I'm supportive of gay people's right to marry that I must be gay? Your comment clearly shows the intolerent, dangerous and fallacious side of fundamental Christianity.

  • Ex-Muslim: Proposal that Islam is Tolerant is Fallacious, Dangerous

Ha ha, I wonder if muslimpost.com has ex-Christian blogger John Loftus come on to define Christianity and talk about how "intolerant, fallacious and dangerous" Christianity is?

ketch: Are you suggesting that laws give us our rights as citizens? That doesn't make sense at all . . . just read the Bill of Rights to the US Constitution - clearly its worded in such a way that we have all the rights and as a people we've agreed to give up some of our rights for the common good. ketch: "We the people" have all the rights - laws don't give us rights - they take them away. That is why there are constitutional amendments in a bunch of states to make same sex marriage / unions illegal.
