many of us Christians who believe in Creation according to Genesis need to have an indepth study on the book of Genesis. Over the years i have heared and seen many preachers speak on Creation without having an indepth knowledge of the subject. The simple fact of the earth not being created in 7 roman days is in itself a claim of contention for us Christians.

Christianity has been used a a business vehicle by many. I guess judgement day will prevail for those of us who have commercialised Jesus.

The UN just has bark with no bite. These reports are all empty vessels. Sadly, it will not deter groups like the Vishwa Hindu Parishad who have their fundraising machines in the US, UK and elsewhere.

It is not surprising to see this happen in India, After all, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (sponsor of Bajrang Dal) has been allowed to establish fundraising organisations in the US, UK, Canada , Australia and other Western countries without any ramifications. When we western Christians are unable to stop these organisations from operating within our borders, its impossibl to bring justice to those soo far away. Faith without works is death.

25th Dec is a Roman date set in lieu of the feast of goddess diana. It is a fictitious date of the birth of Jesus. True Christians do not revolve their lives around a commercial date to celebrate Jesus. Everyday you breathe and live should be a day to celebrate his birth and ressurection.

The UN has become a joke in recent times. It is almost comical to hear the one liner statements issued to countries that have particpated in genocide, wars and flout international law. This DOR proposal is just another ignorant step of the toothless tiger.

I hope Christians in other western nations can follow the example of the UK Christians. My brothers and sisters in the UK please investigate organisations that sponsor anti-Christian groups like the Vishwa Hindu Parishad.

Ted Haggard and other Christian leaders who blatantly deceive their congregations do not deserve any recognition or breaks whatsoever. This is not a question of Christian Forgiveness, but rather human accountablity. These leaders chose to use Christianity as a business and stayed in their leadership postions while deceiving the people and receiving compensation. I am hard pressed to feel sorry for people like Ted, especially when i see Christian preachers in other countries being martyred for their faith.
