    i am one of the reasearchers on the arylamide issue. I have done some research on the occurence of acrylamide in traditional Zimbabwean foods. The subject is still debatable but the carcinogenicity and genotoxicity of acrylamide is a reality. In my study I found something interesting, acrylamide is not a western food phenomena but als traditionally prepared food have the risk if they are not prepared by boiling. anyone who will want more detai;s on my research is free to contact me.
