"In Response: Are you saying these historical figures are equal and are gods, with religions formed to worship them as such, like this alleged jesus?"
in response...are you saying that Ghengis Khan and Napoleon were who they said they were?
how do we know who these two individuals were and what they did? through viable, historically accurate writings.
how do we know that Jesus was who he said he was, and did what we say he did? through viable and historically accurtate writings. the Bible is one of the most historically accurate writings that is out there. you say it's not only because you don't want it to be. kinda like saying i don't believe in gravity just because i don't want to. just because you don't believe it is, doesn't make it so.

hmmm. prove to me that Ghengis Khan existed. prove to me that Napoleon existed. there is as much, if not more, proof that Jesus lived as these others.

the Word of God calls homosexuality a sin. so that's good enough for me. but it sure does take a lot of twisting and lying to get it to say otherwise.

i think what we should do, is beat haggard over the head for the rest of his life because of this situation. we need to take mercy, forgiveness, and grace and flush them down the toilet because haggard should never be allowed to lead a church, witness to people, teach people, associate with people, or meet with more than two people at once (otherwise, that might be construed as a "church meeting"). he is worthless and always will be. apparently God hasn't forgiven him, so why should we? afterall, after King David had his affair, God removed him from his position as a king....right? (sarcasm off) oh but He didn't. he still considered David a man after His own heart.
all i hear is what you all think haggard should or shouldn't be allowed to do. i'm more concerned with what GOD wants haggard to do, or not to do. if God tells him to start another church in his basement, i feel sorry for those who come against him (and God) in trying to condemn him.

Jesus does love gays. he also hopes that they will cease from their sinful lifestyle so that they can be with Him in eternity.
