The Fairness Doctrine is anything BUT fair. For a radio station to provide a political commentary, they would be forced to provide an equal and opposite political view relating to the issue. People like Michael Reagan and Rush Limbaugh would be forced off the air.

The left wing liberals have repeatedly attempted to air their political views, but the public has consistently boo'd them off. So rather than run stations that the average American refuses to agree with, they would silence the opposition.

America is not here to guarantee equal programs, but equal opportunity.

Tell the liberal to, "get over it".

Praise God that the stinging liberals are curbed. That fairness Doctrine was anything but fair.

Have you noticed how N.T. Wright speaks in a manner that intimates that God is just going to "dust off" this world and make everything tidy?

    God's Word is clear,

    2 Peter 3:10-13
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

    Revelation 21:1
1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

Apparently, the problem is that N.T. Wright refuses to take God's Word literally, and that is sad.

"The point of creation in the Bible is that the world as we have it is essentially a good place," Wright said.

At one time, the world was in fact "good". But the moment Adam disobeyed God and sin entered into this world, the world ceased to be "good".

N.T. Wright might be considered by the public to be a "scholar" but he is wrong.

The Question posed is, "Why do good in a hopeless world?"

    1 Corinthians 15:58
58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

    Galatians 6:9
9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

    Any other questions?
