torus, it is a lie that abortion rights are about "women have the right to choose what to do with their own bodies".

When women kill their nascent children, they are "choosing" to do that to a SEPARATE PERSON, not "their own body". The child has his/her own gender. If it were just a part of its mother's "own body", it would always be a girl!

The child has his/her own fingerprints, his/her own DNA, his/her own blood type, his/her own personality.

The truth needs to be told. The truth will make us free.

jonathanjkim, how is it 'corrupt' to march in protest of the modern American holocaust? Does not the Lord command us in Proverbs 29 to speak up for the innocents who cannot speak for themselves? Do you think the Separatist Pilgrims would not have spoken out against the killing of the most innocent and helpless among us? That is why they were so persecuted they had to leave England, because they would not submit to the godless 'church' there.

BobCu: "Both the Christian and the Muslims, and also some religious Jews, have the same problem. They know nothing about science, but they try to influence science education anyway."

There are Bible-believing Christians who are not ignorant of science at all, but have PhD's in various scientific fields. To attempt to demean their intelligence in such a condescending way shows a complete lack of objectivity.

Do you really think that posting anti-Christian comments here will discourage Christians from believing in the Lord, from trusting Him, from continuing to follow Him? Do you really think that your contemptuous statements will discourage us from teaching our children to believe in the Creator of true science? If that is your objective, it won't work. Greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world.

star2, thank you for the kind (and TRUE) words. But, I must give credit where credit is due. It was GMG who made those comments. I just "amen-ed" them. So, here's the correction: :-)

GMG said to you, "Abortion also deals with human life. Abortion demeans the meaning of life, the importance of life, inures us to the thought of life having value."

These comments that you made to MuggleBorn only goes to prove that GMG is right in what s/he says.

"Generational curse? If you believe that, then you are conceeding that we are indeed born gay."

Generational curses are not from God. All are born in sin, but God offers forgiveness, healing, and deliverance.

BobCu, I realize that's your opinion, and I hope you realize it is just opinion. You seem to be stating that as fact.

For a numbef of years now, God's Word has resonated in my spirit. Jesus said the Holy Spirit would indwell the hearts of His people and would be our teacher, the One who would lead us into all truth and wisdom, and that is what I've experienced in my life. When I am in the presence of another Christian who is also indwelt by the Holy Spirit, I can sense that bond, that rapport. I'm not asking or expecting you to believe this and/or agree, I'm just stating my experience to you - and not only mine, but that of many, many other people.

Note, I haven't condemned you or anyone else to Hell. For one thing, you are still living and breathing; there is still time for you to choose Heaven. For another thing, I leave all judgment to God. He and He alone is the Righteous Judge.

With all due respect, I don't quite understand what you get out of coming to a Christian website where you know you will read articles and comments which are abhorrent to you. I'm not suggesting that you not do it; I just don't comprehend what you get out of it.

On this 35th anniversary of the beginning of the modern American holocaust, I pray that God will have mercy on our land and not allow us to reap what we have sown. I pray that all Americans, from small to great, from the lowliest worker to the highest-ranking leaders, will receive the revelation from God's Word that the blood of these innocents cries out to Him, and He hears their cries. I pray that we will obey His Word in Proverbs 29 by speaking out on behalf of these who cannot speak for themselves.

May we who are called by His name truly humble ourselves, pray, seek His face, and turn from our wicked ways, knowing as we do so that He has promised to hear from Heaven, forgive our sin, and heal our land. In the mighty, precious, Holy Name of Jesus - Amen.

Brothers and sisters, I think we need to be very careful here whom we condemn. We know the Accuser of the Brethren is the devil himself. Note, I'm not saying that these pastors/teachers are all doing right in the sight of the Lord. What I am saying is, I don't know all there is to know about them. I have read accusations here, but I have not seen any clear evidence of these things. Are they then not slander? Unsubstantiated gossip?

I don't have the scripture right in front of me, but I remember Paul saying that he didn't oppose some people who were preaching the gospel even though he knew their motives weren't right - he said he was just glad the gospel was being preached.

Can we be glad people DO get saved by hearing these people preach? I am all for purity in the church and have often said that, but I fear we are in danger here of "biting and devouring" one another as Paul warned so long ago. Please, let's all search our hearts in the light of God's Word and ask the Holy Spirit to show us if there's anything we're saying here which is not pleasing to Him.

And I agree with whomever pointed out the fact that Joyce Meyer Ministries and Kenneth Copeland Ministries did in fact submit their financial records by the deadline. If nothing else, we can say they have not resisted authority in this situation. They are certainly not acting like they have anything to hide.

Perhaps we should all study Philippians 4 today.

Chris333: Unfortunately, your scenario of the 50yo man and the 5yo child is not unusual at all these days, to the great shame of our culture. This is sadly one of the most common ways children are 'indoctrinated' into a homosexual lifestyle. I have known children in this situation, and it is unbelievably heartbreaking.

SheQuon, I know for a fact that Focus on the Family does indeed consider a family headed by a single parent a 'real family', and they do minister to such families. I have heard and seen much evidence of this.
