Whether or not he truley accepted Jesus is between him and our most wonderful Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ...We all should pray the Vick was genuine when he professed his faith before us all...And it IS between him and God...The big problem I have with the story is, why the Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson would make a statement like he did..."Jesus is the most abused name in "black" America ??? I don't understand...I would agree that Jesus is the most abused name in the world, but to specify "black" America...Was this a remark of seperation or was he specifically "bashing" (for lack of a better term) blacks ??? I hope that I read into this statement incorrectly and misunderstood what he was saying...We are all Gods precious children...I don't believe that God sees the color of our skin, but the condition of our hearts...
