I believe what you are saying here is true, but practical application: how do you really forgive from your heart. I know I can say things out loud but it doesn't always reach my heart. I also know people who are continually struggling with health problems such a these, who say they have forgiven but still struggle emotionally with bitterness. How does forgiveness really work practically?

I have always thought of perfectionism or perfectionist as a personality type - but not a lie. But I can see a lot of what you are saying to be true when I am "stressed" about getting things perfect instead of relaxing in the Love of Jesus. Thanks for the thoughts!
